Great experience!! I previously had gotten my lenses from JC Pennys and I honestly had an average experience. As soon as I walked into this establishment I was greeted by a nice lady named Selina I believe! She assisted me in picking out glasses that fit my face shape and while I browsed through some more frames she went ahead and called my insurance company to get everything proceed and ready to go so we wouldnt have to wait longer. Once I picked out my frames she led us to the desk and had everything put into the system, prices processed and glasses in the tray within 20 minutes! She put all of my stuff in a envelope and gave me a 10 day guarantee! I was in here for less than an hour thats so amazing! I will be coming back here again and again!!!!!

Horrible customer service. It is a complete rush as you walk in and choose a set of glasses. They dont care about anything but making a sale. They were suppose to ship my glasses to Conroe, Tx. when I called to ask about them the lady asked my name wasnt gone but more than a second, came back and said my glasses wasnt in. I asked her how long does it take, she said "ten days." I said funny it has been over 20 days. She asked my name again then came back on and said they were there. Take your business else where, they are turning over too much money to care about YOU and your needs as a patron.

Had a great experience. My glasses broke in the morning and went to this VisionWorks around noon to get an eye exam and order new glasses. I was told by one of the employees that the lens would be ready for the next day (they have the laboratory on site) but after I expressed the fact that I had no backup glasses and asked if its possible to have them same day, they told me to pick them up in five hours! The glasses were ready and Im very pleased with the product.You cant ask for anything better than same-day service.

This location has lost my prescription. I went to the eye doctor located next door and they were suppose to call me back once they have received a copy of the prescription about a week and a half ago. No call I just called back today for an update. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Does not stay up to date on issues and cause more issues than necessary. I put in my prescription over 6 weeks ago and I am still blind. Will never use their service after they fill my prescripiton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

Great customer service! My insurance was very complicated and most people have never even heard of it before, but the whole team went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my glasses today! They helped me in every way possible from calling the insurance conpany, giving me a great discount, and even helping me pick out the perfect pair! Had them ready in a few hours as well. I was so happy and everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you!

Poor service would have been an improvement. After explaining I was interested in prescription sunglasses she said she would help me after the person waiting and suggested I look for frames. After finishing with the person indicated and waiting on five others who walked in after me I realized she was not going to assist me and I left. If their product is as bad as their service the clerk did me a favor.

The 10 day wait time was exceeded. No one called to let me know the glasses arrived when they did come in If you try to call the location, you will find that you have to hit redial quite a few times before they will answer
