These People are wonderful! I purchased my frames online and then went to them for my lenss. They told me it would be Friday when i would receive them and i received them on Friday. Typically its same day but my material and Rx caused a special order from their supplier. I called once or twice to follow up and be sure cause i was anxious and they never once sounded annoyed or flustered by my checking up. They do a very detailed and personalize fit to you and your glasses. Unlike anything else i had experienced. If you want to feel less like a number and more like a person go here. I dont know how their frame pricing compares but Im sure it is similar to other shops. I shopped around for pricing on my Lenss. They were not the cheapest but were nowhere near the most expensive. But the superb service I received throughout the process made it worth every penny. Plain and simple i will never buy glasses or contacts anywhere else.

Visited this week with new prescription and concerns about my upcoming cataract surgery and received very objective advise, was wondering about the expense of filling my new prescription now and then another script after surgery later this year. Was given 3 options, one of which was to wait until after surgery for new lenses. This was certainly good advise for me even though it was not best for the business bottom line. I really appreciated the honesty and concern for my situation. Surely recommend this business! Will go back after surgery.

I came in with a mangled pair of eyeglasses that other places said they would not attempt to fix because they would break. I asked the optical Shop where I purchased my glasses, "If you cant fix them, then who can?" They referred me to Bob Keathleys and I am so thankful! Not only was everyone kind, but my glasses were repaired! I highly recommend these opticians!

Selected frames for my 6yr old daughter yesterday. This was our second time in 6 months to visit this location. All of the staff is knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. Very positive experience both times. I would highly recommend Dr. Keathley and his staff!
