Go Elsewhere. My girlfriend & I went into the pearl vision to both get our prescriptions renewed and to get her Rx glasses & sunglasses. Everything went great, the service was prompt, and nice. My contacts were great, and in fact, I am wearing them right now. However, upon receiving both of her new frames, she could not see out of either. The Rx and/or alignment was nowhere near correct. We took them back & they promptly sent them off again to be reworked.This happened 4 times!!!! Four times we went to go pick up the "fixed" glasses, and 4 times, they were unusable. She could not see through either pair. After the 4th attempt, we told them that we wanted a refund, as they obviously werent going to be able to help us with prescription glasses. The first and second time we went to get a refund, the manager wasnt there. Evidently, no one there is allowed to make "decisions" except her.The third time we went, the manager WAS there, but she had to clear it with the owner, who... WASNT THERE. So, seven trips later to get this resolved, we were told that they would only give us store credit. This is not acceptable, as they have proved to me that they are incapable of rendering me the service I have paid for at any level. They are currently REFUSING to refund our money, and are only offering useless store credit. Given the "quality" of what has come out of this store, I want nothing from them but my money back. Go elsewhere! i am still waiting on my $640! I am currently going through mastercard & the BBB to get my money back.

My appointment was right on time, and got my prescription within 20 min of being there. Everything was going smooth, BUT then I was handed over to a sales tech to pick frames. First off all the decent glasses were around $200 and up. I found a alright pair for $145. All they had was MK, Dolce and such. Then she kept trying to upsell me on more expensive lenses. After I kept saying no... Having a baby next month I didnt wanna pay $300 right now... After everything I payed $60 with my insurance. Then I get a call 2 hrs later because no the glasses are not done in a hour as advertised. They tell me they cant put my lenses in the frame I picked. Which didnt make sense. I have had similar frames before. So she said my only option was pay another $60 on top of what I payed for the more expensive lenses or more expensive frames. Got a refund and went to Americas best with the owl in the commercial n got two pairs of glasses for $65. Should have just went there first!

My eye exam was at 10:15 and I did not leave until 11:45. This place is actually busy. Well, Im not going into detail with the eye dr & the receptionist, etc. After I recieved my prescription, I went to look at frames. Employee: Did you need help? Me: Yes, Im looking for frames that will fit my face style. Employee: What kind of frames did you have in mind. Our women selection is behind me and across from me (points). Me: Any that will fit my face, and are you going to help me? Employee: Did you want me to? I guess I will. **Finish her paperwork she was filling out. Slowly walks towards the frames. She slowly looks at all the frames, picking nothing** Employee: Lets go look on the other side. Me: okay **Same thing. Slooooooly looks at all the frame, but she isnt picking anything" Me: You know if this is hard, I can go else where to look for frames. Employee: Oh, okay . *Hands me prescription.* Pearle Vision you lost me as a customer!

My appointment was for 0915. Wasnt seen until 10 and ended up leaving the actual appointment at about 1045. Fine. They are ALWAYS behind because they overbook and take walk ins. Decided to reuse my frames instead of paying upwards of 130 dollars for the cheapest ones that looked half way decent. I was rung up and handed over my glasses and told it would be about an hour. Over two and a half hours later, after trying to call and being on hold for a while, I drive back to the store to find out whats going on, only to find my glasses havent even been put into the system. They havent even left the desk where I handed them over and the gentleman who took the original order was making excuses of being too busy. sorry, too busy to do your job? Really? I wont be returning. This place has always given extremely poor service. Id hoped the location change would improve thing, but you just end up waiting longer in slightly more uncomfortable seats.

This place is garbage... Other than getting you in fast.... They wont be straight up about pricing... And then they will not give you a complete prescription so that you can order online... Then want to charge an additional 20 bucks to get it. After calling several other companies I was told they should have absolutely been given the complete info I needed to order any glasses online. Oh and if youre Mexican with no insurance they will cut you a deal on the exam for 40 bucks... However being white with no insurance it cost me 60. Yeah... I listen well while standing at the counter and your employees speak amongst themselves. Stay away... Give your money to ANYONE else!!! Especially when the same frames they sell for 279.00 can be purchased right from the manufactures website for 150.00. Working in sales I understand markup. I also understand that as a distributor you get price breaks from retail.

I have been a faithful customer since 1999 when they first opened. I go in once a year for a yearly check-up and new glasses. The doctor is great, and the wonderful staff gets me in and out with my glasses ready made no problem. The staff there is very special. I had a unique rimless frame made in France that no one in town wanted to touch. I went to Pearle Vision at Copperfield and asked the opticians if I can put prescription lenses in these one of a kind frames and they said "no problem!!. Three days later I got back my one of kind frames from France with the prescription lenses in it to my satisfaction. I am not easily pleased, but Pearle Vision--Copperfield made me very happy. Keep up the good work. I will be recommending everyone to your office.

Very disappointed in the service. Pearle advertises (outside with a sign that lights up) that your glasses are ready in one hour. I went in today and placed an order for 2 pairs of replacement lenses. Came back 1 1/2 hours later and they had not even started inserting the lenses. While the office manager was apologetic, it was her responsibility to notify the tech that I needed the glasses in one hour as she was the one who placed my order and told me they would be ready in one hour. She didnt take the time to let the tech know, who left for lunch. Dont expect the one hour service like they advertise.
