The people here know a lot about different policies and insurance benefits, but I did not have a good experience with their eye exam. Everything went fine until I saw that they were charging me for a lens fitting. I explicitly asked for just the eye exam, and did not realize they were doing the lens fitting for me also, so this just came as a surprise when I had to pay. It seems like the lens fitting exam assess if a certain pair of contacts were okay for your eyes but I was there to get a glasses prescription... Either way, they would not budge, since they kept saying the fitting was already done and so I had to pay for it. Overall, this visit definitely left me feeling like they sneaked this fitting in to make more money, a dirty move.
