#FURIOUS #ZEROSTARS My family and I have been using this place a couple of years now and its been pretty good until now. I had PRK vision correction surgery done about 10 months ago and have had moderate dry eyes since. However, recently Ive had severe dry eyes so bad that I had to call in to work and could hardly keep my eyes open. I made an appointment to see Dr. Nguyen and was basically told to eat more vegetables, drink water and use refresh eye drops. I told him I drink nothing but water and have tried refresh, genteal, systane and thera tears ..and virgin coconut oil. I asked for a prescription of restasis and he refused saying that insurance would not pay for it. And then says I need to use refresh at least 3 times a day. I USE EYE DROPS AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 10 MINUTES!!! Im also told I have to pay for MULTIPLE visits and wait 2 weeks before my next visit. I am beyond angry...I am furious. I will not be back. I will not bring my son back. I will make sure my wife goes elsewhere. Oh, and I paid the extra 30 something bucks for the HD eye exam too. Thanks for nothing crystal eye care.

Dr is great but staff tries to sell stuff which is not required. In addition, they have policies which I think is not right. Last week my wife prescriptions was expiring so I order 3 months of supplies. When contact company call to verify the valid prescription, they did not allow to buy 3 months of supplies, rather they said for one month. 3 month of supplies are much cheaper and I was getting good discount. But unfortunately, getting this issue resolve took almost a week and my prescription expired. I had another incident with the staff where they sell me the picture of retina whereas I specifically told them not to do anything extra if it is not covered in insurance. I feel that the staff is dishonest and tries to take advantage of the their customers.

I tried Crystal Eye Care based on a couple of recommendations from friends and the proximity to my home. I was very impressed by the staffs professionalism, timeliness and knowledge. The young lady who did my initial exam was very knowledgeable and explained in detail, each of the initial tests. Dr. Nguyen asked me several questions based on my needs, requirements and environment. He told me the pros and cons of each of my alternatives. I did purchase a pair of progressive glasses (my first pair) that I am ecstatic to receive in the next ten days. Overall it was a terrific experience and I would strongly recommend Crystal Eyecare for all of your vision needs. Tony B.

Im not sure why I was required to spend almost 70.00 on a contact lens fitting. All they did was have me put contact lenses in and said I was good to go. Before leaving I asked if the doc needed to check the contacts in my eyes...for fit? They said sure and after about 10 minutes she checked my eyes for about 5 seconds. That was apparently my "contact lens fitting." Total waste of money. I was happy with the actual eye exam and the last minute appointment I was able to get. Office is nice and so are staff but do no pay for the contact lens fitting! Annoyed and out almost 70.00!

In the past 10 years I been to a few eye doctors, but since I found Crystal Eyecare 3 years ago my search was over. When I go there I am welcomed by a friendly staff, seen on time, the dr takes his time doing the exam and answering all my questions, and when it is time to purchase my glasses I had the best time picking the frame and lences with the help of a exprerience and friendly staff member. I dont only trust Crystal Eyecare with my eyes but also last week I brought my son to his first visit and we plan to be customers for life. Thank you

The staff is excellent and gives high quality service. They are very helpful in choosing glasses that I am happy with. Ive been seeing Dr. Tu for right around 3 years, ever since the place I used to go to stopped carrying my favorite brand of glasses. This place is great, the staff is super friendly and they have a great selection of frames. The staff is also really good at recommending pairs that will fit you well.
