BEWARE-- these guys only use Carfax and dont use autocheck (which I find hard to believe). We purchased a "certified preowned" CTS coupe from Baker and there was a hidden accident on Autocheck they failed to disclose. I believe they full well knew of the accident and chose not to disclose it because it was not reported to Carfax and thus technically the car had a "clean carfax". Be very careful when purchasing a used car from this dealership and make sure to request both Carfax and Autocheck (certification paperwork allows the dealer to check autocheck OR Carfax and THEY WILL check the one that doesnt show an accident record to hide it from the consumer). We are now stuck with a CTS worth significantly less because of the Autocheck incident on the title. I have brought this up with the Baker sales manager (Mark S as well as Joel Baker) who blew it off as nothing. Im the one now taking a significant hit trying to trade the car in elsewhere with an "autocheck accident" on record. As far as Im concerned this constitutes contractual fraud (MGL 93a consumer protection) and we are investigating our legal options against Joel and his dealership. I have already convinced two people who are currently in the market to purchase a vehicle to completely avoid Baker Cadillac and purchase vehicles elsewhere and I will continue to do so. This dealership has zero integrity and operates like a typical lying and cheating used car dealership.

Purchased my 2nd caddie from Baker in 2014 and the experience could not have been more pleasant nor less pressured. Bought my first Cadillac from somebody else in 2010, had it serviced at Baker and weve been together ever since. Primary reasons are people and service. Always take me in when needed, providing loaner cars when needed so I dont miss a beat at work. Theyve taken great care of me like they do all their customers and heres the kicker; out of warranty, theyve been very trustworthy. Ive gone in with what I believed would be a costly repair only to have them fix what was actually wrong for much less. This doesnt happen often because my cars been pretty awesome in reliability and performance but its good to know I have Baker when I need them.

First start with the sale person. Danielle was very informative & very low pressure sales. She recognized what I wanted & catered to what I wanted to purchase, not wasting my time or hers with other cars on sale. Second, Scott, the general manager, guided me thru the whole purchasing process, knowing that I do not engage in car purchases on a bi-annual basis. He gave me all the facts & figures necessary to make the purchase with a minimum of fuss & bother. Third, Mr. Baker, owner of the dealership., actually came out to the car on a hot & humid August day before I drove off & personally thanked me (by handshake & word) for my business dealing with his dealership, a first in my 49 years of car ownership & purchases. Second to None. I enjoy buying cars from Baker. I feel informed and knowledgeable after speaking to them. Joel leads a great team of customer service focused staff. ALL of their staff are knowledgeable at what they do. Leaves me always with comfort to know what I am buying or receiving. I just bought a new Cadillac from Baker Cadillac. I tell my friends to buy from them/or lease from them. Buying a car here is fun, not stressful. They serve you to full satisfaction and truly go out of their way to ensure you have what you want and need and with luxury service. It can not be compared with any other Cadillac dealership. They are by far, second to none!!!!

The staff has always been kind and professional. We have had 10 Cadillacs over the years. With one exception, my car issues have always been fixed the first time. They follow up to be sure I am happy. They keep me informed whether I am waiting for the car at the dealership or at home. The sales staff is equally helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I recently asked about Cadillacs being made overseas in China. As a strong supporter of American workers making American cars, the place my car was being made would have impacted my decision to not purchase a Cadillac again. The salesperson showed me the sticker on the new SUV that distinctly said "Kentucky".

We pulled into Baker about 1:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon as we were traveling through the area headed to a high school graduation. We had a relatively minor problem, yet one that needed to be fixed for safety reasons. The response of the service department was extraordinary. They responded quickly, positively and professionally. They had a can-do attitude in every way. They attacked the problem quickly, they found the part they needed and they had us back on the road in less than 3 hours. This department understands customer service completely and they are a credit to the industry and the owner of the franchise. Steve

This purchase was my first car purchase with everything in my own name, so I was a little nervous about how the whole process would work. I had no reason to be nervous after dealing with Ryan and Rob! Ryan was very professional while still treating me, my boyfriend, and my mom like friends. Rob was as helpful as could be with the financing process, and really made me feel comfortable with my payments and everything else that comes along with buying a car. I could not have asked for a better first buying experience and I will definitely be back for my next purchase!

Last December I purchased a 2014 CTS Sportwagon from Baker Cadillac. After a week of driving it I thought that there were some brake issues- so I scheduled it for service- Baker found the issue and also identified a power steering system leak that was affecting my driving experience Baker fixed both of these issues under warranty. The CTS handles beautifully now. I have since been in for a couple of maintenance visits (drive about 1000 miles/week) and Baker has been very professional and friendly- true Cadillac service! Very happy with the service team

These guys are great! Bought a used Land Rover from these guys - Sales was attentive without being a huge pressure. Finance guys were busy, but knew their stuff (and kept my 4 year-old daughter entertained). And service team was brilliant - had a couple of issues with the car when I first got it, but without hesitation, they got a few (not so inconsiderable) things straightened out and plus picked up/delivered the car (70 mile round trip) for me. Would definitely recommend Baker Cadillac given my experience. Thank you!

I arrived on a Sunday at 3:15 with out an appointment, and was in a Buick at a GREAT price by 4:00. They had the best price in 30 mile radius. Mark, Paul, Sean and even the owner Joel worked hard on a Sunday, a to get the deal done on my Silverado, and the Buick I purchased for my family. Paul went above and beyond to teach my wife how to use all the options at delivery, ( and the car was super clean) especially the rear entertainment for the kids. I would definitely buy from here again. Great people!

Bakers makes purchasing a new car very easy. I had been looking at a new CT6 since they came in and Randy offered to let me drive a number of different models over several months. There was never any pressure to buy one and the final process of making a deal went pretty well. We have purchased several Cadillacs from Bakers over the years and keep coming back because of how they treat us and the great service they provide after the sale. We highly recommend them.
