PLEASE READ - If you read any review about Rightway Auto Sales in Southborough, MA. please read this one. UPDATE 1/6/17: I had my mechanic do a thorough inspection of my recently purchased 2006 Acura MDX and Im happy to say that in their words, it is "extremely clean" and is in unbelievable condition for the price I paid. Cant be happier with the car or the service I have and continue to receive from this dealership. I will not buy a car from anywhere else. Read below for my initial review. About me - I am a very informed (or like to think so) car buyer who researches all purchases to death. Also, before my experience with the owner, Vinny, I was very cynical about the car buying process due to a precious bad experience. Now on to the good stuff. After determining from Consumer Reports that a 2006 Acura MDX was the "best bet" for an SUV under 15k I found that Rightway Auto Sales had a fully loaded one for sale with extremely low miles. After reading the reviews of Rightway and being impressed that they provided the CarFax directly on their AutoTrader posting (it was clean) I decided to contact them. When speaking with Vinny I expressed that I was concerned about the very low miles as it can be an indicator of odometer fraud but he put my mind at ease and staked his company and reputation that the odometer had not been tampered with. He explained that he was trying to grow his business and his primary concern was to provide top flight customer service while selling high quality dependable vehicles, so any type of tampering wouldnt behoove him in the long run as his long term reputation was paramount. I appreciated the frank answer as well as not being offended of me asking. We had an on going open dialogue that was fair, respectful, and quite honestly enjoyable. By the time we settled on a very fair selling price I felt like we were more friends than two individuals trying to get the best out of each other, which is typically what the car buying experience feels like to me. He even agreed to put on better tires for me and allowed me to subtract what he was going to purchase for tires from the more expensive ones I wanted to put on the vehicle. Stellar! Being that I was from Maine and Rightway is located in MA, I required the title to register the car for plates, which would entail me sending Vinny a check overnight (I needed the car immediately due to personal reasons). I took a leap of faith sending the check without seeing the car first but I knew it wouldnt last long and I trusted him. Sure enough, my faith was rewarded as he quickly overnighted me the title as soon as he received the check and I registered the car. When I arrived to pick up the car, I couldnt believe how clean it was. Their on site mechanic had serviced the car and you could tell as my 2006 Acura felt brand new. Vinny reviewed the entire vehicle with me and also expressed concern for my wife who had recently been in the accident that propelled me to purchase a new vehicle, which I really appreciated because he was very sincere. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and also I was very happy that I have found a used car dealer that I can return to without any qualms. I will be purchasing cars from him in the future, and am recommending him to anyone who will listen. Pros Great prices - Vinny explained that they deal directly with car auctions to eliminate the middle man and they reflect that difference in their prices. Great Selection - Rightway auto curates their cars to only have the most desirable and reliable cars. Service - Fantastic experience from soup to nuts. Put any negative connotations about used car dealers out of your mind. Rightway Auto is a trustworthy establishment that believes the customer relationship is most important and it is evident during your entire interaction with them.

Updated: If you believe in their offering and numbers from a big mouse dealer, as mentioned in the reply, go ahead readers. It never happened. I was reasonable to agree the prices changes, one by one, so many time. It is your luck to believe you get as you thought you would. ===== I recently had a body work at this shop, it cant be a pleasant experience by any means. It ended up for me to pay twice the price as it was initially estimated, and took 2 full weeks instead of 3 days. They changed their promises for four times. The real work was just replacement of a door and fender, then repaint. First Vinnie said it will cost $xxx to fix and will take 3 days, 3 days later they said they cant fix that part and need to buy part, charged me $350 more. Then they "promised" to get it done in two days. I made a mistake to pay a deposit for the work. I also made a mistake to reach out to this shop, because later they do say I "solicit their services" initially. Yes, I shouldnt havent done that. The previous shop owner of the same address had a good work for my in the past, thats why I went there. Now it is matter of luck to get the work done properly or get the right car. After a week, I visited the shop to really say what was the progress, the body work wasnt even started. Then Helio the owner got back said to buy another part instead of sanding the fender, charge me more money. The paint color was a mismatch and door knob was the one from the used part and needed to redo the work, Helio the owner argued it was supposed not to use your valet key any more if you replaced the door! They changed their promises for four times. And the last time when I came in to pick up the car after 9am, no one was available to show how the car looked like, it turned out the car was just painted the night before. The car was not even cleaned.

I recently got a car thinking it was fine and dandy but come after the warranty, the engine blows and I am in a dire situation. It was not even a month after the engine started having troubles. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt to the dealer but then I remembered the conversation I had with my buddy who came with me as my mechanic and ear to my situation. After driving the car and picking out the issues that needed be repaired, key questions were asked about a compression test and oil changes. The first big clue that something bad was going to happen was that there was an agreement to get my alignment done and when I received it, it was not done! Still, when I brought this issue to them, they responded decently and did get my alignment done. After that event, I thought everything was dandy and great but come 2k something miles, my oil spoiler brakes. I bring it into a Honda dealer and they say it was sludge oil and that no oil change was done! I was shocked! I had to pay over 500 dollars to get it fixed. Even at this point, I thought about letting it go and let it past by me. Then, I find out later that my engine was consuming oil because of the sludge. Long story short, I will never use a car dealer every again. I leaned an important lesson about trust and dishonesty. I do not recommend this place at all!
