My car was totaled about 2 weeks ago in a flood and I received a rental from Enterprise and they recommended seeing the location in Wilkesbarre about buying a new car. I got a call from Jimmy L. We spoke a little bit about my situation and made an appointment for me to come in. When you get there, they want to know a little bit about yourself, what you like, etc. They try to make it as simple as possible without stress (because we all know buying a car can be stressful). I was a little difficult, unsure of what I wanted, so Jimmy did what he could to accommodate me and was VERY patient and always friendly. He was also very knowledgable! I had a little bit of a tight budget, and high expectations, but he filled my needs. I would go back any time I ever need another car! They were wonderful people, everyone in that office was kind, patient and always friendly with a smile! If youre looking for a new car and are unsure where to go, even if its just to look, go to Enterprise in Wilkes Barre. They arent pushy and very understanding. They will do what they need to do to help you with whatever you are looking for!

I wasnt planning on buying a car that day, I was just looking. Monique was wonderful, asked what I was looking for, and picked out a few vehicles to test drive. Neither of them worked for me, one was out of my budget, the other, another Camry, was not really what I wanted again, although I loved my Camry. So so was going to keep looking...until I said the correct word, Hyundai SUV. It was getting late but Monique and her manager stayed with me while I drove the car just around the lot and decided it was the one. Paul worked to get my payment around the area I wanted to be monthly. They are wonderful people to work with.

Unfortunately my car was involved in an accident and my insurance company deemed it a total loss. I rented a car from Wilkes-Barre Enterprise and began searching for a new vehicle. When my rental was up, I explained to Enterprise that I had not yet found a new car. They encouraged me to see one of the sales people about buying a car from them. My experience from that moment on was wonderful. Within two hours I drove away in a new car! Frank Redmond was fantastic in helping me through the whole process.
