Ive been searching for a Cadillac CTS and found one that was of interest at Kutztown Auto. On my first visit, I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Marc and came away very impressed with his expertise and assistance in testing the particular CTS I had came to see. A few days later, I decided to purchase that CTS so I called Marc and let him know that I would be stopping by, however, he informed me that he would be unavailable on that day, but he was nice enough to call the dealership to make sure someone else would take care of me. Upon arrival, I found that the CTS had been sold a few hours before I had arrived. I was helped by a gentleman named Rich who had suggested another CTS to take a look at, of which I did. After reviewing the car along with my mechanic, we noticed a motor deficiency and I informed Rich that I wouldnt be interested in that car for that particular reason. It was at this point that the sales manager, Rick, chimed in and absolutely berated me and my mechanic. He proceeded to belittle us and curse at us for no apparent reason besides the fact that I indicated a disinterest in the car that was suggested to me. At first, I proceeded to ignore Rick and inquired to Rich about other cars that may have been of interest, yet, Ricks tirade continued in the background to the point where I could not ignore him any longer. It was at that point, that I informed Rich that I was no longer interested in purchasing any car from Kutztown Auto. I have never been so disrespected in my life. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a car from Kutztown Auto is to steer clear of this lot or, at the least, make sure you stay away from Rick.

From the moment I called I was met with a straight forward, one of a kind gentleman. I could not speak highly enough about my car buying experience at Kutztown Auto Company, and its all thanks to Sales Advisor Jeremy Sylvester. I owned a 2003 Cadillac CTS and drove it into the ground. That car was amazing and required little to zero maintenance. It is because of that CTS that I knew I wanted another Cadillac. I have been looking for a new Cadillac for about 6 months and I finally decided it was time to pull the trigger. My first stop was to a dealer in Hazleton, PA where I was met by noting but disappointment and horrible sales tactics. I then called Kutztown Auto Company where I found not only 1, but 5 Cadillac Escalades that fit my exact wants and needs. From the moment I called to the moment I pulled off the lot with my new Cadillac took about 2 hours and its all because of Sales Advisor Jeremy Sylvester and the rest of the amazing staff at Kutztown Auto Company. I had done my research and I knew what I wanted, it was just a matter of dealing with someone who was honest and without the bullshit sales tactics. This day-in-age it is hard to find honest men, specially sales men and I just so happened to find one at Kutztown. Thank you for making this car buying experience streamlined and pleasurable Kutztown Auto Company. No matter where I am in the country I will return to buy my future cars at your dealership. Thank you Jeremy Sylvester for being honest, fast and reliable. ~ Sincerely, Philip Bissol

After several weeks of research and visiting dealers we came to Kutztown GMC and met Joe Shemar. Joe was extremely friendly, personable and really cared about helping us. On our way home my wife and I both agreed that we would buy our new vehicle from him. The following weekend Joe made a special trip in to meet us and patiently helped us make decisions on the new Terrain. Once we decided exactly what we wanted, making the deal on the new car price and our trade-in went very well. It was a team effort on Kutztown GMCs part. All the staff there are very personable and easy to deal with. Rick explained in detail all the different options in leasing vs buying and financing options. He carefully explained the pros and cons of each based on our exact financial situation. He also gave us a very fair offer on our trade-in which we were worried about. Joe, Lamar and Todd took the extra time with us to seal the deal. Although Joe was the main deal maker, Lamar and Todd really helped finalize the deal and complete a great experience for us. When we came back to pick up the new Terrain, Joe made sure the vehicle was perfect and Todd was a great help in making the final paper work seamless. I would highly recommend Joe, Rick, Lamar and Todd to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. If I had to describe the staff at Kutztown GMC in two words they would be personable and caring.

service department is only good for oil changes and inspections. I have a 2013 Cadillac Srx still under bumper to bumper warranty. We took the car there twice for a belt noise both times that couldnt hear it. I took it back for a third time for them to tell me they wont throw parts at the car to fix it they need me to produce the noise. So i went out to my car and there it is. They get a tech to come out and go oh I hear it lets get a belt but I dont know if that will fix it! So they dont just throw parts at a car when you have multiple complaints about it, but the tech hear it now we can throw parts at it (thanks for assuming customers are liars). Then I am told they will call due to the belt not being in stock should be Monday. I guess I should have asked what Monday a week later no follow up on if they are going to get it in. Second issue bumper to bumper should cover wear on the black trim this is more a complaint to GM I have vehicles with more miles and years and look newer then this poorly put together pos. The drivers side are fading and worn from being in a garage taken through the car wash and driven in PA. I am told this and the rusty welds are wear and tear from the environment(last time I checked steel doesnt rust in a perfect world so why have a warranty that only covers in a glass bubble. I would not buy another car from them let alone buy a gm product.

Avoid the used car dealership! I had an absolutely horrible experience. The vehicle I purchased had an odor and caused severe allergies (got progressively worse). I was reassured within the 3-day window of returning the car that the problem would be remedied. It took 16 calls to the used car manager on my part to get any type of effort to resolve the problem. The used car manager is a not truthful, is aggressive, a poor listen, and down right accusatory. No one even asked if I would be interested in trading in the car after only 3 months to get me into a car that I wasnt allergic to. Bottom line is they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell. The cars there may be a little cheaper than other dealerships but you do not get quality vehicles or a dealership with integrity and willingness to make their customers happy. After 3 months Im trading in the car at another Cadillac dealership and getting a car that I can drive and not have horrible allergic reactions. I understand unfortunate and unforeseeable things may happen but when a dealership is not willing to stand behind what they sell and isnt concerned in the least bit about customer satisfaction they dont deserve anyones business. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.
