I have had the worst experience in this Tom Masano Mitsubishi dealership on route 61 Reading PA, This is the fist time I buy a car, and wanted my experience to be smooth, and happy but to my surprise I felt I was lie and taken advantage. I was sold not one but two cars that I got the same day that had been in accidents and the dealership felt that if I didnt asked they did not need to tell me, that is my responsibility as a client to have or know the carfax of a car. I have asked many individuals and all have said "Carfax is something a dealer should and needs to provide the client once the car is being demonstrated" They sold me both cars with accident records in their history, just for them to sell their cars and make their sales. I felt betrayed and stabbed even more when I took both cars back to be change since one was with signs of glass on the air vent and dashboards and constant heat coming out of the vents, even when the heat was off. When I took the car to them their excuse was is normal in those cars. When I demanded to get different cars they told me they can only give me so much amount of money for my cars (which was not close to what I owed the bank for the cars they sold me with accident that they forgot to mention) They were expecting me to have a new loan on a different car and pay what I was going to be left paying on the old car. I missed day and hours of work trying to get this problem solve, a problem they gave me when all I was looking is to have a great experience and good and professional people handling the process of me buying my cars, and not betrayed and taken advantage off. In the end after talking to the owner Bruce Masano and all the arguing on their bad negotiation and my increase level of stress with the cars, we got two new cars, paid debt of the old cars and a bigger loan, because of course they I needed the cars, but at this point I was extremely stress and overwhelmed, I just took the newer models and the new debts and left. This is a horrible experience and I wish I do not have to see their faces or do business with them. This made my experience unforgettable and not wanting to do or recommend any business with this dealership to anyone I meet. After I told a friend she told me she had a friend that worked there and she said they have a reputation for doing things like that.

I was looking for my first brand new car, so back in November 2012 I have bought my 2012 Outlander Sport, the first time I washed it I noticed little rust spots in the paint so I called Tom Masano, had to wait a week to bring it in for pictures to send to Mitsubishi. Only took 5 minutes, not to mention I like 45 minutes away. Lets just leave this short, Ive been up to Tom Masano ATLEAST 15 times for this problem. They finally painted it as they got the permission through Mitsubishi, they painted my whole car since all of it was affected. They did the WORST paint job ever. Paint on my windows, paint where there should not be paint, inside of my doors are rough you can tell its been repainted. The spots came back AGAIN, I have been dealing with this issue for atleast 7 months now and Tom Masano isnt doing crap to help nor fix my car in any way. Ive contact Mitsubish got a case worker and everything TWO times and Tom Masano has still failed to fix it. They never return my calls or anything I atleast have to call them THREE times to see what is going on. This issue is still unresolved and at this point I want them to buy back my car (which I know will never happen) because I want to be done with Tom Masano and Mitsubishi alone. I now have 16,000 miles on my car and they just keep dragging me on and racking up my miles for me to take it up to them for 5 minutes just for them to look at it. Its passed the Lemon Law miles, so at this point Tom Masano has screwed me over big time. I will never be purchasing another car from Tom Masano nor Mitsubishi. HORRIBLE experience.

I recently went into Tom Masano to lease a new Lancer Evolution. From the beginning of my search process which included email correspondence with a sales person, it began well. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly through email. When I went to the dealership he was helpful during the test drive when I test drove the Evo and another car I was looking at. After that is when the problems began. When we sat down to work out the financing, the numbers he gave me were so far off from what we began with. After discussing the numbers, it took them a good hour+ to "figure things out." I had to tell them I would not do the deal for them to finally come down to our original numbers (this was a $150+ difference, not small to me). They claim to have a no negotiation policy bc of their prices, yet they came down that much to make a deal. Seems odd to me. After we finally agreed upon a price I was rushed through financing in a matter of minutes instead of the person actually sitting down to talk to me and treating me like a customer, instead I was treated like a number. Would I recommend this dealership? It depends. If you plan on sticking with 1 dealership for life and having service done there, then absolutely not. If you plan on just buying the car and never dealing with them again, then I suppose it could be worth the 4+ hours of your day. Your mileage may vary but I do not have a good overall impression of this dealership.

Very attentive, knowledgeable and honest staff. I highly recommend Donovan in sales and Faith in finance was a pleasure to work with along with the used car sales manager. I returned a few weeks later for a "we owe" and I was promptly greeted by a gentleman who took my keys right away to bring to the detail department. I also had the pleasure of meeting Amy and the gentleman from the detail department when my vehicle was ready. Its obvious the staff is well trained and they put forth every effort to take care of the customer. I have been very satisfied with my experience with Piazza Mitsubishi. I look forward to coming back for the first service.

I bought a used Lancer Evolution from Tom Masano a year and a half ago, In that amount of time its been back for 6 warranty repairs! Every time I get the car back a new problem arises within a couple weeks. The answer I always get is "good thing you have that warranty". I think the only people who are glad I have a warranty is Masanos because theyre the ones getting rich off of repairing the same car every 3 months. This last time they kept my car for 2 months and then never even called me to let me know it was "fixed". 6 days later and the check engine light is back on. I wouldnt take another car from them if it was free!!!
