I had a great experience at Martin Mazda. I recently purchased a new 2016 CX-9 and could not be happier! I worked with Herb Jordan. He walked me through the entire process and made the whole experience a breeze. I have purchased a number of cars through the years and this was, by far, the most positive experience I have had at at dealership. Herb was professional, thoughtful and fair. He even stayed a bit late to answer a few lingering questions I had about the purchase. For additional context, my family was in the market for a seven seater. We just had a third child and would like to have room for the dog and luggage. We did our research and narrowed down our search to a handful of vehicles. We then went to a number of dealerships where we were pressured to buy. The experience with Martin was entirely different. Herb never "sold" me on the CX-9. I took it on a test drive, asked a few questions and made the purchase that same evening. It was easy. After my other dealership experiences, it was refreshing to be able to evaluate a vehicle without any pressure whatsoever. I would definitely work with Herb and Martin Mazda again.

Earlier this month I was extremely unfortunate in that I totaled my vehicle. It threw a wrench into things as purchasing a new car was not planned nor in the budget. While i was waiting to hear back from my insurance company on the status of it being a total loss or not, i was looking around online at what makes/models were out there. That night i spoke with Olga over the phone and told her of my situation and that if it were in fact a loss, i would be in contact. when i got word that i should start looking for another call i called olga and scheduled a time to go in and look at the mazdas 3 that had caught my eye. fast forward to the end of that night and i drove away in my 2016 mazda 3 and couldnt be happier. The team of Olga, Tracy and Mike were great in helping me out in my situation. I wasnt in the best situation financially but they made it all work on all ends.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 from Will Deblois and I personally had the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership! Not only do I love the car but Will made me feel comfortable, not pressured, and not rushed to make my decision unlike past experiences I have had at other dealerships. I came in not knowing what car was best for me and not having a clue on what I wanted or what each car had to offer. But Will went out of his way to help me figure out the best fit for me and I am truly pleased with the final decision! This car makes me feel comfortable and safe and fancy! Thank you so much Will and management for truly going out of your way to get me the best deal on the best car! I will DEFINITELY be back! :) Thank you to everyone at Martin Mazda for making my car buying experience a great one!

In July I was looking to get a vehicle, more along the lines of a used vehicle...I really didnt think that I could get a new car because of the condition my credit was in. Tracy is the salesperson with whom I dealt with, I have to say, he was & is absolutely amazing!!!! tracy worked with me over the phone for a few days until I actually went into the dealership on Saturday. Tracy was always patient, dilligent, accomodating, and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart! Even though I changed my mind a billion times, he was still polite and happy to help. Even managed to get me some lunch because I was starving after being there a few hours. In the end, I left with a 2016 Mazda 3 and couldnt be happier!!!!! Thanks Tracy

I have worked for Martin Mazda as a Sales Consultant for 15 years. Anyone reading this and having dealt with other dealerships in the past must be aware that long term loyalty by sales consultants is a rarity. Martin not only treats its customers well but the same is true about the way they treat their employees. They dont play games with commissions and everyone is treated with respect. If a customer has an issue with a vehicle or service problem, their motto is to take care of the problem and make the customer happy.By the way I am not just a long term sales consultant, I am also a proud owner of 2 Mazda 6s and couldnt be happier.

We came in to look around at a few cars, were very hesitant to make such a big investment in a new vehicle and are still in the decision process, however, I wanted to take a moment and say a few words about Joshua who helped us at our visit at Martin Mazda! If and when we decide to take the plunge, we will 100% come back to see him! Not only was he knowledgeable but he was charming and made us feel comfortable! I walked into Mazda on whim, it was the last place I thought I would find the car of my dreams. I always looked at Mazda as a "cheap" brand. I was pleasantly surprised by how modern looking and high tech the new Mazda CX-9 is. With children, space & convenience is my top priority, having a touch screen radio with Bluetooth hookup was just a added bonus. I have never been super "tech" savvy but having Tracy walk me through every feature of the car allowed me to feel confident taking my new car home! He was a life saver & without his help I wouldnt have a new Mazda sitting in my driveway! Thank you so much Tracy!

I wanted to take the time out to say "Thank You" to Patrick M. of Martin Mazda Newark, DE. I love my car!!! Buying a car is nerve wrecking for me as it becomes too overwhelming. It was difficult for me to pick a vehicle as I generally go for the basic car. I wanted something comparable to a fully loaded Tahoe but within budget. Patrick was patient with me and helped me to understand the process. He even worked out a deal for me to stay on budget. From beginning to end a great experience. Love my CX9!!! Wow, what can I say. I have been in to visit Brian Matt on 3 different occasions. Today, August 22, 2015, my husband and I were scheduled for a test drive for one car and ended up with two. We cleaned out our garage today and it was all due to the superior service of Brian Matt. He went above and beyond being our salesman today. Service department is excellent and very nice, however when I purchased my car I got the additional options of remote start, sound dampening, and a protective paint silicone spray. When I received my car from them they had installed an aftermarket remote start instead of the Mazda factory remote start for my vehicle. I was, and remain disappointed with the quality and functionality of this aftermarket remote start when compared to the Mazda factory remote start.
