First of all-- I would like to start by saying this dealership is run by a fraud. I have never, in my life, had a worse experience with something. When you purchase a car for $6,000, whether it be used or what, one expects it to run longer than four months after purchase, correct? THINK AGAIN!. I first purchased my car March 21, 2015. I bought a 2005 Mazda 6 and used every last dime I had. I was very excited to finally buy a somewhat new car to get me through my last year of nursing school. Shortly after my purchase (about 6 days) I noticed that the engine didnt feel right. The car would accelerate and skip when I backed up. I brought it back within the week and the mechanic "fixed" it. Or so I thought. The car only ran OK for a few days and the problems started to surface again. The second time I brought it back the problem was again, "fixed". On my way home, about a mile or so down the road my engine light came on. I called right away and brought it back where reset the sensor instead of figuring out what the real problem was. The car pretty crappy for the next couple weeks before I had to bring it back again. This time, I was running close to the end of my warranty, which was 30 days. The mechanic at PA Auto Select couldnt figure it out so they sent the car to a Mazda dealer. I got the car back and it felt the same. Meanwhile they had had my car at this point TRYING to "fix" and I heavily quote FIX my car, well after warranty. When the car still wasnt running correctly I called again thinking that since the problem was NEVER FIXED in the first place maybe I could be compensated. I called and one of their many rude employees told me the warranty was up and that there was nothing that could be done. So ok. Im thinking maybe this is just the was the car runs, after all it just had to lay me one year until I graduate. Two weeks ago however, I was driving on 76 when my car died. I had the car towed to a reputable Mazda dealer where I personally know the general manager and he made sure they figured out what was wrong without charging me an arm and a leg since I have obviously been treated unfairly. I found out that the engine was completely shot. The damage done to the engine was something that I could NEVER do in 4, well actually 3 months since they had my car "fixing" it for about 5 weeks all together. Im quite certain that PA Auto Select was well aware of the engine issues and didnt want to inform me so they wouldnt have to pay and lose money on a car that they sold. Mike, the owner sent me a $500 check probably knowing damn right well that that was not enough to cover costs of the vehicle. I have been calling for two weeks now and he has been avoiding me. Why would someone avoid you if they werent guilty? I now have to get a lawyer involved and spend god knows how much money I already dont have to maybe get a FAIR outcome. I am warning EVERYONE. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. They are not worried about costumer satisfaction or the quality of their vehicles they sell. It makes me sick to think that someone that has a Ferrari sitting in their show room cant find the means to properly settle this. This had by far, been the worst experience of my life.

Made a trip to this establisment this morning to look at a Lexus GS, I found on line. Upon arriving I was infomed that the car was sold late last evening, which is understandable because nice aquisitions do not sit too long, and I chalked it up that this was not the car meant for me to have. However I would like to share what my experience was.I found the facility to, be very modern, meticullous , nicely appointed, and laid out, from the showroom, indoor warehouse, and outdoor lot. The appearrance of their inventory seemed to be very select, and very cared for automobiles. Also having a wide array of selections. My encounter with Chris and James was top notch. These gentlemen were very professionable , personable, and without one iota of salesman pressurring deportment that one would expect to encounter. They were very genuine, and right away I felt I found 2 new friends. There were 2 others of the same model that I wanted, just not interested in the color.I was able to check them both out and test drive one on my own. This non hassle or hovering approach was very impressive. After returning from my test drive, these gentlemen took the info on my interests, and assured me I would be notified right away. My designation for today is to say my experience was outstanding. I am looking forward to going back, and highly recommend Pa Auto Select to everyone.

On June 30, 2016, exactly 60 days ago, we purchased a BMW 535xi from PA Auto Select. I intentionally waited a couple months to write this review because I wanted to see how the vehicle performed. This is the 8th used vehicle Ive purchased at various points in my life, and I must say this car has performed exceptionally! Not only have I been incredibly pleased with the car itself, but I must say the buying experience from start to finish with PA Auto Select was extremely positive. My wife and I visited the showroom approximately 5 times while on our vehicle search, and each time we were greeted by a friendly employee who was ready to help. Having done weeks of due diligence searching for a car, I am confident in saying PA Auto Select has the cleanest vehicles of any lot Ive ever seen. All their cars are clean and have been detailed, which is an uncommon occurrence in todays used car market. Though the whole staff was friendly and helpful, special recognition to Chris for being great throughout the entire sales process. The group at PA Auto Select does a top-notch job. They are reputable, knowledgeable, and very forthright. I will recommend them to my friends and family, and will certainly visit them first the next time I am on the market for a car.

I cant say enough great things about PA Auto Select. We took a train from Rhode Island to PA because the car we saw on their website looked and sounded perfect ( which it was). I had been looking for a Toyota Avalon in RI and nothing felt right. Either the price was too high for the level of quality or the price was reasonable but the car was not in good condition. My husband showed me this gorgeous Avalon on the website. At first I was skeptical but we took a chance and so glad we did. This is hands down the nicest car I have ever owned. Mint condition. Reasonable price. The staff are great as well...... gracious, down to earth, and have a good sense of humor. Didnt feel like a typical car dealership at all. We had some glitches ( our fault) during the buying process and they were extremely helpful and patient. Ive had my car for over a month now and just couldnt be happier.

Just stopped in to check out a car, my husbands second trip .. Sales person reported car not in owners daughter driving it for the day. Ok not thrilled but he decides to check out another, not his first choice but he was interested. Cant believe what the SALES person tells us " well if you are really not interested in that car I dont really take it out because it takes us a lot of work to keep them showroom ready". Are you kidding me, you are there to sell cars, and you dont want to take it out for a potential buyer. We walked out. There was NOBODY in the place. Guy didnt blink when we left. Would not waste your time.
