I have been going to this Publix for a little over a year since moving into the area. I literally am there at least 6 out of 7 days out of the week. All of the cashiers know me, all of the people in the deli etc. I rented the Rug Doctor on a Saturday, and later that day got in a pretty bad car accident. Didnt have a rental car until the next day. Long story short, returned the Rug Doctor one day late. I explained why I was returning it late to the girl hoping/assuming she wouldnt charge me for returning late under the circumstances. Her exact words were "If you are still alive, you can pay the late fee." Great, perfect, thx. She also called her manager, I believe her name is Jen Backman, and the manager also basically told me to screw. Nobody cared, no concerns, charged me an extra day. Mind you when I got to Publix to return in, there were 3 other Rug Doctor machines available, so clearly the extra day didnt even matter. Way to go Publix! Glad you appreciate my continued business. Pathetic. Wonder if this had anything to do with me having a Trump shirt on :-O

I have to agree this is a very low-class ghetto publix. I would much rather drive down the road to the Publix on Town Center and John Young Parkway in Hunters Creek. The employees here are not as friendly and smiling as in other Publixs. The selection is not as good as other Publixs, probably because it is a smaller store. They had the chance to make it a full size Publix by leasing adjacent space in the strip center but they chose not to. This Publix is in strip center that has pawn shops, a "smoke" shop that sells drug paraphernalia, etc. There is usually a security guard in the evening at this Publix that I have not seen at other Publixs. The produce section is extremely small. They recently remodeled this Publix to give it a more latino flair by selling latin pastries and coffee right at the entrance area even though there is already a Publix Sabor (Latino Publix) a mile down the road. Other Publixs I have been to offer FREE coffee.

Poor customer service from cashier Yadi. She is always rude ! I worked at publix for my first job and I know they strive for the best customer service. I dont care if your personally having a bad day, you leave that in your car put on your happy face and smile ! When a customer says hello say it back! When you give the total and then say well do u have a penny ( all rude voice with and pissed off look on your face) while Im trying to get my daughter out of the cart. Yes I have a penny can you wait one second ?! Literally one second and she was looking like a angry person ! She didnt want to count 99 cents I get it but wait a fricken second ! I love publix and this one is right down the road from my house but maybe I should give southchase publix my money where they have GREAT customer service all the time.

No son nada serios dicen que cada publix es independiente pero este en especial es patetico nunca tienen los productos en oferta y si lo tienen es poco el inventario y nunca te quieren dar el rain chekc y nadie te resuelve.

Bryan from the Deli provided me and boyfriend amazing service. While there was a chaos because of th hurrican, he mantained very organized the deli, sadly the chicken we wanted was gonna take too long, but we were happy to wait for just because of how amazing he was. Great service overall from everyone, outstanding for the situation and how full the place was. Thank you!

Had everything I needed, lots of Hispanic product ootions including a Cuban cafe with coffee and pastries. Wonderful service at the registers. Deli took a while to get served and Bakery didnt have any fresh Italian loaves yet, I went at 7:50am, they were open since 7, should of had their spread full. Overall great, clean, friendly store with a large selection.

By far the cleanest Publix I have ever been to. Like wow this place looks brand new and its been there for years. The deli there is above par and extremely patient with customers in making sure they have exactly what they need. I am always impressed by the customer service here. Everyone has a smile on their face. Food is always perfectly on display.

I shopped at this Publix for many years, Now there is a Police Officer on duty during operating hours. Makes me feel slightly paranoid. But safe because there must be a reason why they need him there. Overall I stopped shopping there because its not the same Publix that I loved to shop at, What happened? I do drive to other locations.

Horrible horrible horrible! The deli workers refuse to work with you. They are unprofessional and never ever are the subs you order online ready. They also will not answer the phone or greet you when you walk up.

This store is always very clean and well organized. Produce is usually pretty stocked. Not much waiting time in lines. You can get in and out of store party quickly.
