We called ahead to let them know we were looking a an XC90 they had. When we got there Matt had already brought the car around and it was ready for a test drive. The car was new to them so they had it though the shop but it needed some parts from VOLVO. They have them on order. About a week after having the car there was a problem with the AC. Their immediate response was bring it in we will have a look at it. The problem needed Volvo to reset the programs. So they told me to make an appointment with a Volvo dealership that was near my house and they will pick up the cost. WOW. They are doing business the way people want them to be. They are also killing the stereotype of what a used car dealership is and creating what I believe is a business that will be VERY successful. I have three kids and I will be looking for their cars at Keystone. They are fair, and customer orientated.

Seriously, dont shop here. Cannot believe it, we bought a car from them, then a few weeks later we noticed this shaking feeling, we brought it to them they said everything was fine. then they offered us to trade that in for something else....we liked the car though for looks anyway- so then we had a mechanic look at it and he said there was something seriously wrong with it- i really dont know exactly but we brought it back to them- since we had a warranty- they said it will be 800 dollars worth of work. for a 3,000 car maybe i can understand this- but we paid way more than 3 grand. Save yourself the hassle and the CONSTANT worry.

Salesman Matthew long was pushy to sell the vehicle, was pushy to get parts for car traded in and was extremely unhelpful with any further matter reguarding the truck, keystone as a whole also is not the best I dont recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them as for their customer service is terrible, the truck needed new tires, brakes, oil change and fuel filter change costing me an additional almost 3,000$ on top of buying a 34,000$ truck from them and when I asked about giving me a full tank I was laughed at and was told we will see. And I did not receive even 3/4 of a tank. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!

Arrive at 6pm on wednesday 1/20/16, as i entered the parking lot the lights inside the dealership turned off. Seeing a couple employees inside walking towards the door, i assumed to come talk to me about a vehicle, soon walked to their personal vehicles and left. I walked up to the building and noticed they close at 7pm. I dont understand why they closed so early, but i do know they wont be getting my business anytime soon.

They lied about how good the warranty that we "HAD" to buy was. Didnt tell us the car was wrecked before we bought it and now the transmission went bad because of the events in the first crash we are being told. Pretty sure theyll be getting sued by us soon since they dont want to offer any help. Theyll do anything to sell a car. This is the second car we bought from them that we have nothing but troubles with.

I am very dissatisfied was there yesterday with my boyfriend he was looking at one of the cars and desided to buy it Matt long said the one place that he believed would give the lone is closed and that he would call back today never heard anything went there and they sold the car.That is very scummy to do,my family has gotten cars from them before with no problem but this is unprofessional.

I have purchased 6 car / trucks from these folks over the past 12 yrs...they have been honest & trustworthy every time..NEVER BEEN SCREWED by this dealership. Owner Dave is a man of integrity and service dept always did the right thing. I recommend this place to friends and family. This is a no bullshit honest local company, thats why they have been in business so long.

Bought truck last year. Before I got off the lot check engine light came on. Found out it had a warped head. They did fix it but took almost a month fix. They did pay for a rental. Inspection due this month frame has rust hole in it. Kevin from service called said they would make it right. Highly recommended

We bought a car from here and the car has had problems ever since. Like the other review on here they tell her the car is fixed and it has the same problems. They sell nothing but defective cars. Save yourself the trip and money and go somewhere else
