I purchased clothing which I couldnt try on because there are no fitting rooms here. After trying everything on at home I ended up going back to return several items. Somehow they totalled my return to $ 11.00 but it was really supposed to be $ 18.00. Then after I corrected them they didnt return my hard earned money back to me because their policy is you have to spend it in store at the time of return. I had to be to work & had no time to shop. The only kind gesture done to me was allowing me to donate my receipt. I will not be spending any more hard earned money here. Also there are no signs up about these policies nor about them not refunding under garments either. I basically wasted $23 on them & not myself today since I actually donated the receipt to a worker who asked me for it. I hope she got to spend it on something she liked or needed.

It was on a Thursday night not long before they close at 9. I had to get a new mattress and box springs for my elder parents. After looking at what they had on the floor and then having made our mind up the one we wished to get was not in stock... I had not other options as EVERYTHING was going to be closed... Just a bit shy of begging we were able to purchase the floor model!! Which I do not believe they normally do. I am forever greatful as my parents have had the best nights sleep ever since they got it!!

Theres always some rule thats not posted anywhere. I came in on half price day and only picked up a few items. The cashier said half price only applied to household items and clothes. I was confused cause all I had was a cake pan picture frame and a notebook. He was referring to the frame I guess which makes no sense because theres a big ass sign right over the frames that says housewares, perpendicular to the aisle I got the cake pan from. Dont understand why the cashiers are always deal blocking.

I love this thrift store for the wool sweaters and the great deals. I can always find 50% off tags. There is no dressing room so it is difficult to try on clothes but they have a 7 day return policy. The often put their price tags through the garment, which might be an issue since they tend to use 4-5 staples. Very helpful staff, easy to find.

do not bother coming to this place when you can just go to last chance thrift store or your local good will. the staff have stank attitudes. they are extremely urban and do not treat the customers with respect. not to mention there is no fitting room to try on the clothes. so unless you know your exact size do not waste your time.

Sold me a futon bunk bed that didnt have all the screws for a discounted rate. Turns out the screws were there but the futon doesnt work. Completely lied to me and now wont do anything about it. I will never shop there again!

The clothing was sorted by color, not size. No way Im looking through every item of clothing looking for my size. The rest of the thrift store was slim pickings. I have no desire to return here, and I love thrift stores.

Probably my least favorite thrift store. They have decided to sell this ugly cheap "new" furniture that takes up half of the store.. I went in yesterday and there is no reason to return anytime soon.

Prices are ok jeans over $5 too much dont have dressing rooms but have a lot of name brand items thats y I usually come on the last wed of the month when everything is 50% off

I personally like the one in Douglasville better, because it has a little more up to date stuff. This ones alright though. Half-off days are CRAZY!

What a hole. When I visited (Sept 2015), they were selling USPS Priority Mail shipping boxes - the boxes you get for free at the post office.

The prices are good but youd better know your size because there are no fitting rooms and you arent allowed to try on clothes in the bathroom.
