*STAY AWAY* This place is a rip-off. I took several items there on Monday, May 8th, 2017. She picked through them and said they had to wait for their buyer to review the items and make an offer. I asked if we could leave for lunch since there were other sellers in front of me. She said yes and that they would call with the offer. They called and offered a $24 cash payment or $34 in-store credit. I accepted the cash offer (even though it was low). I asked how long I had to pick up the cash and items they didnt buy. She said 5 days to pick up your items and I can pick up the cash anytime. I returned TWO days later(Wednesday, May 10, 2017) and learned my stuff had been "donated." Yeah, right! These people are liars and thieves. Funny how the items that "werent bought" could end up on the floor for sale, huh? I will never go back, and I encourage you to stay away also. Liars and thieves!!

I attempted to sell my childrens toys here and it was an awful experience. Their system was down on 3 separate days I tried selling. Then, on the day that the system was actually up I had to leave my items over night for someone to "approve" them to be purchased. When I finally got the call from them with the offer for my items, it was insult. I understand that they need to make a profit, but there is a difference in making a profit and insulting someone. They also do not give you enough time to come and pick up your items, if you dont like their offer, before they "donating" them, so you kind of have to take the insulting offer in order for it to not be a complete loss. I will not sell here ever again.

If you enjoy rude gossipy teenage employees and disorganization this is your store. I have never been in there when there arent 3-4 teenagers just standing there behind the counter complaining and doing nothing. Super awkward to listen then complain about customers as well. I wanted to buy shoes but the bins that are marked by sizes are a disaster. Shoes of all sizes were in each bin, many of them missing their pair or completely tangled with a mess of other shoes. I understand the customers probably mess them up but it was clear they arent gone through regularly. And when 4 teenager girls are doing nothing its frustrating that these arent gone through more often.

Worst experience ever. I took clothes and toys in Friday, it took hours to presort and then I was told to come back for my estimate. I came back at 6 only to be told someone would call me Saturday for a estimate. I had to call back Wednesday to ask what was going on with my things. They informed me they would buy it for $11. Selling to them was a waste of money after driving back and fourth to their store 5 times! My old clothes will be more appreciated at the pregnancy resource center and a tax write off. I will never sell of shop here again.

These little girl in here are horrible no one helps you and I swear they make their own rules in this place every time I go things are diff depending on whos there and they are robbing ppl when buying clothes I sold them 2 pairs or shoes they gave me $2 and they are selling the shoes for triple that!!! 1 pair is for $9.99 and the other is $6.99 absolutely ridiculous!!! Will NEVER go back or tell anyone about the this place

Spent over 200 there. Got all my summer clothes for the kids. Had to do a return on sone items, they worked with me and I even had a store credit. My family goes twice a year to this store. So far we have not had a problem the store is clean and organized. My only complaint is that I wish they had P.Js and more selection of girl clothes sizes 8 and 9 along with lonet lenghts.

I love doing business with Kid 2 Kid in Douglasville. Friendly staff and owner is a great person! She stands firm with her business because its what feeds her family! Went today to sell clothes to them and experience was great! If you dont wanna deal with teenagers go in the morning during the week. I have never had a bad experience at this store ever!

By far the worst run business I have ever encountered. Switch & bate sales techniques for any trade in merchandise for cash. Package that with lazy employees who act put out to provide customer service and you get a HORRIBLY run business

Worst store experience ever. Given this store multiple chances. Very bad attitudes from "manager" & all employees. $13.99 for USED non name brand baby pants! Go to target & buy a brand new pair for cheaper.
