i went to the disney store at miami international mall on saturday 3/21/2015, i was helped by sicilia. a cast member who when she saw my daughter acting up made sure to keep her busy and happy! thank you sicilia! but when i was leaving i hear cathy her manager i guess question her work ethic or uniform, i wonder if this so called manager saw as sicilia attanded us with such kindness and with a smile. this isnt the first time ive encountered cathy, on other occasions ive seen cathy not be the nicest, listen i know you have to stern and discpline your employees but one thing is to give constructive criticism another is to talk to them. if disney store reads reviews, please note that they should evaluate their mangers!!!!!!!! this isnt the first cathy has been rude to her employees in front of customers.

We went to the store for the first time, and we were greeted with such kindness, and an employee saw I had a star wars shirt on, and said If I was a star wars fan I said yes, and they offered free high quality star wars pictures, and the new star wars movie in digital, blue ray, and dvd for $26, and we said yes. Then they gave me star wars cards, and a book mark, we bought the movie, then In the store they had a surprise egg hunt, we found the egg, then with a smile an employee gave me a sticker. For us the were the nicest people we have ever seen, and it is a fun place even if its a bit small, and we got so many things for free for buying the star wars movie for a cheap price.

On Oct 1st at 7:30pm me and my wife and our kid walked into the Disney Store at international mall,a cast member named Rebecca didnt great us with a smile,she was rude and unhelpful to us,it was the worst customer service I had I my 10 years of going to this store.I hope the customer service gets better and change that employee,because it was a terrible experience that day for me and my family.Thank you.
