Rob Grenier is one of the friendliest Dealership Owners I have ever met, if not THE friendliest. He was very honest about everything and made me feel very welcome when I visited his dealership. I talked to him for over a week about a car that I wanted, and he told me I would love it. I live in Maryland and made the trip up to Northboro, MA because I trusted Rob. He made sure that he came through on his end, and I am happy that I went up there and made the purchase. John, his right hand man, also helped out sooo much. They both did everything they could to make sure that the car was in great working order for my trip back to Maryland. All in all, I rate this experience an A+. Im going to love driving my Saab 9-5 Aero for years to come, and Im sure Ill go back to Rob when I need another vehicle in the future.
