Bought a chandelier from there and used their recommended delivery service. Chandelier arrived missing a substantial piece and they told me there was nothing they could do about it since they "couldnt make a part appear out of the air" and since I had signed the waiver absolving them of responsibility. So now I have a partial chandelier hanging from the ceiling, with no way of getting the missing part.
