My experience with the store floor sales representative George was great. The girl working at the desk processing the paperwork was OK. The sleep sofa we ordered was ready to ship to us way ahead of schedule which was great. The dispatcher who scheduled the delivery was very nice and followed through. The delivery driver and his two crew members didnt speak or understand English very well and when they called ahead of the delivery, I attempted to give them directions and told them NOT to drive up our driveway, because their truck would not be able to get all the way up our single lane, which is over 1/2-mile long. They called me when they were about 30-minutes away and I told them I would meet them at the intersection of our two nearest streets, and I would bring my tractor down with a wagon and they could load the sofa onto the wagon and I would drive it up and then drive back for them with my SUV to bring them up to our house. Approximately 20-minutes later I heard them trying to drive up our lane with their truck. All they managed to do with the truck is to hit a big Ash tree leaning across the road that I repeatedly warned them about and that was why they SHOULD NOT attempt to drive up our drive way. Of course when you dont really understand English, that is what they get. They ended up carrying the sofa on their backs for about 1/8th of a mile to our house and the drive had the fun task of backing out across a stream that is half way up. I will not be purchasing any additional furniture from Ashley, because they obviously are not able to hire Americans, who understand English.

Beware of this furniture store. We scheduled a deliveryone week ahead of time for our elderly mother who was getting home from the hospital. This was a simple delivery of a twin bed and they failed to deliver the product. They were also suppose to pick up a larger full bed as a return. They showed up and did neither. After spending hours on the phone on the delivery day they said they would take care of it. After not hearing anything we went back to the store the next morning and they told us the they could not redeliver for three more days. Instead of solving the problem they just passed the buck from one person to the next. Putting us on hold and sending us to voice mail. We were forced to go purchase another bed at a different store. Since our mother lives in a small assisted living room we had to rent a U-haul to return the full bed that they failed to pick up. There was only one bright element at Ashley furniture and that was Mariah who actually attempted to help us. Thanks to Mariah! The manager of this store is very unprofessional. While placing our order at the store one of the sales people need the managers assistance to complete the order. The manager chewed the employee out in front of us for no reason. Later the manager did nothing to help get the delivery problem solved. Im never buying furniture at Ashley every again after this experience!

Do NOT purchase a single thing from this store. After purchasing a loveseat from this company and paying an extra fee for a Saturday delivery, things have only gone from bad to worse. The delivery was an hour and a half late (outside the 3 hour window they already set beforehand), and I had to flag down the driver to keep them from blowing past my apartment like they were trying to set a land speed record. After finally coming to a stop and backing up to my apartment (damaging a tree in the process, I might add), two very rude and unprofessional technicians brought 3/4 of a couch into my apartment and said the other pieces were missing. Now Ive spent the last week and a half trying to coordinate with the store to try and get the rest of my couch. What Ive received in return is a massive waste of my time; this store cannot seem to coordinate a single thing and have repeatedly told me "I dont know," or "I cant help you" after having more than ample time to gather the required information. I repeat, avoid this store like the plague, they are poorly run, poorly operated, and poorly managed. UPDATE: After finally getting in contact with the store manager and getting no straight answers, Ive opted to wash my hands of this. Ive filed a complaint with both the corporate website and the BBB. Steer clear folks, this store isnt worth your time or your money.

On August 6th, 2017, I stepped into Ashley Home Furniture store at 536 Fort Evans Road in Leesburg and was determined to step out with a complete purchase of several furniture items. I was greeted by a gentleman and sales rep by the name of Bryan. During my 1+ hour of carefully deciding on specific furniture items for purchase, Bryan was patient with me and with every step of the sale, from start to finish. Bryan ensured I picked out all furniture items within my budget range and gave me great tips on the type of product that would suit mine and my sons lifestyle and comfort. As a single parent, sticking to my budget was crucial and I did not feel pressured to buy the highest price item in the store. Bryan exude professionalism, patience and superior knowledge on furniture items. Hector, the store manager took his time to chat with me and ensure I was assisted during my search. LaCretia smoothly closed the transaction and ensured the sale was properly charged to the proper account. Both Bryan and LaCretia took their time to explain every part of the document that required my signature. I highly recommend this specific furniture store as the first choice to shop for potential buyers.

First, just want to say that the two delivery guys who brought my furniture were amazing. Very polite and professional and got in and out quickly without any issues. Every other interaction I had with Ashley was awful. I knew what I wanted going into the store.... It still took me 45 minutes to place the order with the Sales Rep who was less than enthused to be there and very rude. After that it took about 2 weeks for someone to call me for delivery. I missed the call and when I called back they couldnt find my account. After being on hold for 15 minutes on a Saturday while I was out of town I asked to be called back. Didnt get a return call until Monday, which I missed again. Same thing happened when I called, they couldnt find my account. It took 3 different phone conversations with different people to find my account.... so frustrating. Especially when they were calling me on the number that was listed on the account.... how does that happen! In the end, I got my furniture and I love it.... but next time I will be placing an order online instead of dealing with the utter incompetence of Ashley staff (minus the delivery drivers).

I found two coffee table/side table sets on the website I was interested in and we went to the Leesburg location to check them out. Unfortunately they didnt have them in person, but the sales guy Josh was really helpful and no sales pressure. Later on in the day once we measured existing furniture for size comparison, I was about to order it online but the delivery charge had gone from free earlier in the day to $139.99 which was disappointing. I called the store to see if they did free ship to store so we could get it, but they dont. I coincidentally talked to the same sales person that had worked with us earlier in the day and he was able to order the set over the phone and give us the in-person delivery fee of $89.99, which was great! Only reason not 5 stars is they dont take American Express, dont do free ship to store to pickup, and the rapid change in free delivery to a surcharge in a matter of hours online. Otherwise a really good experience and we will buy from them again. Thanks again J,osh and Ashley Furniture.
