I purchased a set of coffee tables, along with a dinning table on August and this order took about two weeks to get to us. As soon as the tables arrived we noticed that the dinning table had a crack on one side and little tinny holes in it, right away we called the place to let them know about the issue and the guy asked us to take pictures of the damages. The very next day we went over to the store with the pictures and the manager told us that he was gonna put another order to get another table( same model). Two weeks later went by and nothing I called the place again and they said they were back order and that I should have it in two more weeks. Two weeks went by again nothing again. I keep getting bounce around from person to person and no solution. I finally get the owner on the phone and he said " I will give you a call tomorrow"and nothing. Im going to take this table back and hope to get my money back. its just very upsetting to come across people like that and not only that but we work hard for our money to be paying for a table that its damage! There goes $440 worth of my work down the drain. I wish i would read the review before purchasing anything from this place. Please people save your money and go some where else. its not worth it!

HORRIBLE Customer Service. My son was contacted by the store a couple of months ago to remind him that he has a store credit there. He called the store yesterday to inquire if I (his mother) could come in and use the credit with his permission to make a purchase for him as he now lives 8 hours away. He was told that we could handle the transaction that way and that he would need to call the store to complete the transaction over the phone. With that okay, I then began the 3 hour drive to the store. I arrived, picked something out for my son, only to be told that my son had to be present for the transaction. I would never have made the trip except that an untrained employee told my son that it would be no problem. In situations like this, there is no reason that a refund cant be made if they arent willing to work with customers AND particularly in this case as we were given incorrect information resulting in a loss of no less than 6 hours of my time. Besides all that, its a poor excuse for a furniture store. If my son didnt have a credit to use, I would most certainly send him elsewhere. Not sure when or if hell ever get to use it. I clicked one star only because its the minimum required to post this review.

Please do not buy from this busines in Manassas youll regret Ill promise you that. I brought a set of furniture and they took about two months to deliver my furniture at the end they deliver a completely set of what o order I was so frustrated I didnt felt like taking any legal actions against this business. Please read our reviews and hope youll changed your mine buying anything from this father and son Iranian business

We walked into this location and were told to leave the premises immediately (less tham a minute in) after we briefly looked at the sofas. We started talking about products and apparently we were supposed to immediately select something to buy. This seems like really rude management and alienating to exploring and new customers who wanted to look at store inventory first.

I bought a leather sofa & love seat at $1300 at this place, in 8 months the cushion was gone I ve been sitting on the metal unless if I use a pillow .I did contact the owner a Marrocan guy he SD he will send his guys for inspection but no one showed,he wont even return my phone calls.pls do not trust this seller
