Horrible customer service online. After several attempts to order jasmine ginger bath salt from them as a birthday gift for my sister they canceled that part of my order 4 days later and didnt give me the option to cancel the gift card that went with it. The only reason I even added the gift card in the first place was because they were only allowing me to add one bath salt to my cart! So I contact customer service as soon as I get their email and they just tell me well looks like youre out of luck and do nothing about it! So they can obviously only manipulate already paid for orders if its convenient for them and havent even refunded my card yet for the bath salt that I paid for and they never shipped! Do not buy from them.

I came to verginia for 2 days tour. since i am Asian. I love shopping world market.. And all the world market place. I see the workers here is very polite and helpfull specially the lady named amber in the counter aria. She help me a lot as in a lot. To my furniture,coupon, and putting my big furniture in my car. And run to the parking lot to gave the stuff that i left in the counter.... Because of her i will mark this store a 6 out of 5 stars.. God bless that lady

I can often find detailed foods and treats from my native home so I love it here. When I get homesick I come here and get some snacks to help. The sales associates are friendly and always ready to help. The items are a little pricey in my opinion but its better than nothing.
