Edit: Im updating this review because we had the delivery today. The delivery service was excellent. The two men were courteous and helpful. My experience is very similar to Jesse Jins and Alison Burkholders experience. The customer service on the floor was pleasant. Since then the customer service has been frustrating and downright rude. My wife and I ordered a custom Daniels Amish dining table and server. Our floor representative was Gretchen. She told us that it would take 8 to 12 weeks. During that time, we never received any updates. When we would call for an update, we were told that Gretchen would call us back the next day - and it would always take a week or more to get a call back. We constantly felt like we were inconveniencing them by asking for an update. We finally got a call today with delivery date options, which will be past the promised delivery date. When we asked for a specific time window for delivery (because we work Mon - Fri), we were told by Gretchen that its not possible and that "its not her problem" that we work Mon - Fri. No apology for the delivery being past the promised due date; and completely rude behavior. We have an entire house to furnish, but based on this experience I will be considering other stores to buy the rest of our furniture.

RUDE Customer Service! Frustrating Experience. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here. I wish I had never shopped here. THREE months ago I ordered Daniel Amish Furniture through Wolf Furniture. The sells man Gage made the sell to us, and this is what happened after. During the waiting period, I never received any updates on the delivery information until I had to call, many times for updates. It delivered later than what he promised the delivery date. I thought thats fine. It will worth the wait. It finally got delivered. I had to return two chairs due to the manufacture defects (crack and chip), I called right away to let him know, I was promised would get a phone call from him first thing on Monday. But no calls from him. Then I waited until Wednesday night and still no call back. I called today, His original threatening words" If you guys keep calling me I cant get things done for you!" "If you call to argue, I wont help you!" This is a pure eye-opening experience. I never ever wrote a bad review before, but this one is NECESSARY.

We are repeat customers of Wolf Furniture in Leesburg, VA and we continually have nothing but extraordinary experiences each and every time we come to shop. I used to look at other stores for furnishings but nothing ever compared to the price, quality, customer service, and the experiences like Wolf Furniture provides. Julie Terryberry is definitely someone you would want to work with, her low pressure but high energy enthusiasm makes the furniture buying experience so easy. She helped us do a sleep analysis to see what mattress would best suit my husband and I and now I am so, so excited for it to be delivered. We never would have picked that mattress or known it existed if she had not taken the time to listen and take our concerns into consideration when selecting a new mattress. We are forever Wolf Furniture buyers and I will only recommend them to my friends and family when theyre looking for anything from as small as a pillow, to a new completely furnished house! The experience in the showroom was great. However I got a call a month after ordering a significant amount of furniture that one of the pieces got discontinued. They were going to make me pay the difference to change and they emailed me this info when they should have called me. Their customer service has been incredibly poor and responses have taken long (10 days). Very disappointed in how this was handled and will never shop wolf again.

Ive purchased a few things from Wolf furniture and have been pleased with the overall experience. Theres no pressure to buy from them and they seem to price the furniture fairly. Sure, you can find cheaper but you get what you pay for.
