My wife and I are from Colorado and have a lot of friends and family there still. After going to a few different mattress stores and trying out a variety of different mattress types, we had heard good things about Urban Mattress, which started in Colorado and has now expanded to Virginia. We went to there just a few weeks after this location opened. We worked directly with Nathaniel, the owner of this branch, and had a great, very low-pressure and laid back experience. We came back a couple times and slept on it before making the purchase and never felt any pressure to buy now or risk losing a discount or anything that we had seen elsewhere. We bought one of the Dunlopillo mattresses that they carry and have been very happy with it and the price we got it for. The delivery was quick and they hauled away our old mattress. In the almost 5 months weve been sleeping on it, it has held up great and we havent noticed any sagging and we really love the memory foam top compared to our old mattress! We would definitely shop here again.

Urban Mattress is the best. My girlfriend and I browsed around two different mattress stores before coming to Urban Mattress and were blown away by many things. First, the environment was amazing. I walked in, grabbed some coffee that they have for free there, and browsed around. Second, the employees arent your typical salesmen. They arent going to sell you something that you dont want, and theyre not going to sell you something that you dont need. We ended up getting the perfect mattress for us, in our price range, and werent pressured to purchase something that we didnt need. If you want to buy the perfect mattress in YOUR price range while drinking free coffee or tea, go to this place. Caleb and Nathaniel are the best guys and are super easy to work with. Buy local! These folks will take care of ya. No doubt about it.

Urban Mattress in Leesburg is a fresh new take on the stale old mattress store. I love my new evosleep bed I got there. I recommend the mattress to everyone. The owner himself helped me pick the mattress out and was very informative and knowledgeable about all things sleep. He was very friendly...never pushy. The install team was very professional, kind and well dressed. I felt safe to have them in my home. From start (cool urban style showroom) to finish (follow-up phone call after the mattress was delivered and set up) was a 5 star experience. Like most, our previous experience with mattress stores is a pushy, uncomfortable sales environment. The opposite of the ambience we desire when deciding on one of the most important parts of the day--sleep. Alas, from the moment we walked in the door, Nathaniel (owner) and Corey (sleep guru) were the exact opposite of every past experience. After they answered all of our questions with ease, we decided on a bed, two pillows, and a box spring. Hands down, the BEST mattress we have EVER had. We have and will continue to recommend Urban Matress to ANYONE interested in a new mattress. They simply are the best!!!

The ambiance inside this place is so calming and inviting it is truly a perfect environment to talk about getting the best rest possible. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. After talking to the sleep gurus, we decided to get a new queen mattress and loved the trial pillows so much, we took a couple of those home as well. Our delivery came within 48 hours and they took away our old mattress with no problem. I would recommend Urban Mattress to anyone looking for a fantastic mattress purchase experience.

After visiting another mattress store in the area, we found ourselves here. The guy was so much friendlier than the other place. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care about us without being pushy. We ended up buying two mattresses and a pillow on the spot. They delivered our mattresses and took away the old ones with no problems. We LOVE are new beds!! And I love my new "balance" pillow. This was a great experience all around and I would recommend Urban Mattress to anyone looking for a new bed.
