We purchased a bed frame from them 1 month ago. The price was great. The sales person was nice and thats where the positives end. When I asked how soon we could get the furniture I was told that all they had was the display and that I could have that. No additional discount was offered for me taking a "display unit" which I found unacceptable. I told them that Id like a new one (which comes in a box) instead of the floor model. I was told it would be 2-4 weeks before they could get one. This was a little long but acceptable for my timeline. They told me the manufacturer was in Peru, Indiana and they always have the bed frame I ordered in stock. I was told that Dillmans makes a few trips up there each month so this was encouraging. I understood that they werent going to make a trip up there just for my order but a couple of them so I figured that is why I was told 2-4 weeks. 2 weeks later I hadnt heard anything so I called to find out what the status of my order was at that time. I was told by a gentleman on the phone that they hadnt been to the manufacturer yet but they were expecting to go there at the end of the week. Fast forward to today, 2 weeks later, and I decided to stop by the store to once again check on the status. I was told again that, in the last 2 weeks, no one had gone to the manufacturer to pick up the furniture. I also was told that they "should" be going there the following week and that Id have my bed frame then. So I left with no bed frame and no promises. Dont waste your time if they have to order your furniture. Youll wait around forever for it. Ive gotten a custom finished recliner from Lay-z-boy in 1/2 the time Ive waited and they actually had to make it. All this company has to do is drive a little over an hour to pick up what I purchased from them. They dont even need a semi-trailer to transport it. They could do it in their van that they have parked out front (assuming its shipped in boxes as theyve told me). At this point Im taking my receipt to 2 other furniture sales places that sell the same brand of furniture. Im going to see if they want my business and can deliver in a timelier manner.

Went there looking for a bunk bed with a trundle bed (third bed under it). one of few furniture stores that even offered it. was quoted at 1121 dollars for it 3 mattress (cheap ones) and delivered and that was with 30% off special they were running. I thought that was high went to a few other store next highest price i could find for same bed same model and manufacture which is wood crest an Indiana made furniture was 850 dollars. cheapest i found was at south side it was 600 and something didnt get it because that had the nicer model with stairs and drawers instead of ladder for 828 with taxes and delivered. i also got way better mattresses. strongly recommend staying away from this store.

They are closing and said make reasonable offer. I saw a loveseat 2 weeks ago and went in yesterday. And the price had been raised not lowered. Offered them a price that was slightly lower than 2 weeks ago and they said they couldnt take it. Said least they could take was 200 dollars higher than what they said I could get it for previously. I didnt get anything.
