Nothing but problems with this place. We ordered a sectional that was supposed to show up in a week....2 weeks late. Not only that....we were missing the console we ordered which was shown on our receipt. They tell us its not showing it was ordered and wed have to pay to get one....it showed right on our receipt that it was paid and ordered for. The lid on the other console we got ended up being broke...and now the back of one of the automatic recliners is broke inside the couch. We paid for a warranty, but they are telling us that now our couch is out of the warranty and the extra warranty that we paid for can only be used if we accidentally messed up the couch (rips, tears, scratches, ect) So basically we are now stuck with only parts of a broken couch we ordered.

Ordered a leather sectional through LOW. It was back ordered, which was fine. When they received it, I got a call saying that one of the pieces had a scratch on it. I had the option of ordering a new piece or getting a discount. Since I was not going to be home for the delivery and couldnt see the scratch to know the extent of damage, I asked for a replacement. They delivered the original and let me keep it while the replacement was being ordered. Great communication, great customer service, and on time delivery. Ill definitely be back when its time for more furniture buying.

I have purchased a few pieces from here. No problem with the ones I loaded home from the warehouse myself. However, items I paid to have delivered took a long time. Upon arrival, the plastic was removed on the truck. It seems of the three pieces one was not as firm as the others, like it could have possibly been a floor model piece. I was not told that is was, and definitely was not offered a floor model price.

Ordered a table in July. Just now came in after leaving me hanging and calling back several times. They kept saying it would be in and gave me a date but then they would keep pushing the date back. I loved the table so I wanted to wait. After being promised a discount for the wait I was mad to find out it was only 20 dollars off. I definitely will never be back or recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered 2 nightstands. 2 weeks later they call me and say they only received 1 so they will have to order the 2nd one again. I asked if they could do anything to get it here quickly, they said no 2 weeks is the time it will take. Can you have it sent to my house ? Yes ,but well have to charge you. Then they asked me if I wanted to pick up the other one now. Rediculus !!

Great experience getting to actually look at and experience the furniture I was considering, instead of seeing it on a webpage. Staff helped handle purchasing, and theyll even ship it and build it for you for a modest additional fee. A headache-free experience in a market that is otherwise fraught with headaches.

After the second time purchasing furniture here, Im happy to give it a five star rating. Cant find a better deal anywhere else and staff is extremely helpful. I do wish they had more flexible hours of operation but its usually worth the wait.
