I bought a huge $3000 sectional from them. Literally a few months in, the stuffing is falling flat on the cushions and the back cushions are sinking down. 2 of the cushions ripped at the seams. It took them 5 months to get someone out to replace everything. Now for the customer service part: The guy called and said hed be to my house in 20 minutes. 3 hours later my husband tells me hes been waiting all day and the guy still isnt there. After multiple calls from me and from havertys going unanswered, I get a call 4 hours after our appointment. He claims he came and knocked and no one answered so he left. I said well my husband has been home all day. I just spoke with you 20 minutes before that why didnt you call. He then gets a huge attitude, repeating that he knocked and doesnt have time to sit around all day because he has other customers. He then said I can be there in 45 minutes and I said that wont work its the end of the day so then he says well call and reschedule then and HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! I was furious at this point. So I call customer service. The customer service rep doesnt even apologize for the behavior of the tech. I got nothing from anyone until I finally asked to speak to a supervisor who informed me that policy is in fact to call the customer if no one answers the door and that he only had a few customers that day and wasnt too busy to pick up the phone. All in all, the customer service is terrible, the full warranty is useless if it takes 6 months to get the parts to you, and the super expensive couch pretty much looks like a joke piece I put in my living room. Unfortunately I cant give it back because I would literally eat my money and go buy another couch at this point

Sales rep was great. Had a great experience in the store. Was happy until the delivery was scheduled. The delivery was rescheduled, they said I called in to reschedule. Had to wait an additional week. Couch came and it had a issue with the leather end arm rest damaged. Folded and loose fitted. They said no problem we will bring out a new one. Delivery set for 11 am..... then 1-3....then 3-5....then 3-6....6:45 the couch came. Worse than the first. Poor quality furniture. You would thing spending $5,800 on a living room set you would get quality. Not at all. I would strongly recommend shopping else ware due to the quality of the product. I am going to have a third couch delivered. Just a waist of time. You can see the improper manufacture on the arm rest, one side smooth and the other looks like an old floor model or someone elses old couch. for the money spent you would think that the sides would match.

We loved working with Barbara Beittel and Sara (the designer, didnt get her last name). They helped us figure out a perfect layout for our new living room and Barbara spent hours with us on 3 different days helping us pick out furniture. We have a hard time making decisions but she was patient and helpful and not at all pushy. She even helped us bring area rugs over from the back wall to sofas we were looking at to figure out which rug looked best. She helped us get the best deal on the Memorial Day sales and the financing. And our delivery was scheduled only 2 business days after we picked everything out! We did have an issue when the sofa was delivered however, one of the arms was a little loose. But they let us keep that sofa while they ordered another one since we didnt have any furniture yet. We got the replacement a week later. Overall very happy with our experience there!

After having an absolutely terrible buying experience from Bassett Furniture I was a bit hesitant coming to Havertys. I called in advance and spoke with the manager asking to have their best and brightest sales person ready for us when we arrived. Kay was extraordinary I honestly could not have asked for someone better to help us with our purchase. She was very personable but not over-the-top and her level of expertise was just right to help us make the best buying decision. Our couch is high-quality, comfortable, and beautiful and the price was extremely reasonable. Delivery was a breeze and we received the couch within a matter of days of our purchase. I would highly recommend Havertys to anyone looking for furniture.

I absolutely love Havertys furniture store. We always go there first for everything. Im really surprised about the reviewer who bought the couch that didnt fit because we bought a big sectional and they actually came to my house before I bought it and got all the measurements to ensure that there would be no problems with size. We bought a beautiful bedroom set, lovely sectional, couch for a TV room, and a glider rocker for my mother. All the stuff we buy there is made very well. Yes there are cheaper furniture stores in mind but we would rather buy something and spend a little bit more to get something well-made its not gonna fall apart after one year

I ordered a chair Feb 8 from the Havertys showroom. It is now April 19. This is the THIRD time the chair has been delivered, broken, to the store. I was reassured this hardly ever happens. I requested and was given a 20 % credit on the chair after the second broken delivery, which is why I let them order it a third time, only to get the same results. After 2 1/2 months and no intact chair I am shopping elsewhere. My voiced frustration elicited a gift certificate to the store, but did little toward making this a pleasant experience.

A patient and extremely knowledgable sales person, Kersten Trost-Stefan, helped us in furnishing most of our new home. She and their interior designer, Sarah, almost made our home look like a furniture show room. Things flow nicely from room to room, there are pops of color but not overkill, and it feels so good coming home to this look they helped us put together!! What an amazing team!! Definitely give them a chance and experience this first class treatment!!

Great customer service. They have a free consultation of sorts, where they come out to your house, take measurements of the room youre buying furniture in, and then they put the furniture youre interested in digitally into the room to make sure it all fits, and to find the best possible arraignment. They also just have a great selection of furniture

I was flat out lied to about the financing program offered by Havertys and their lender Synchrony BAnk. I will never buy a thIng from Havertys again nor would ever do business with a bank as shady as Synchrony. As far as I am concerned I was dealt with fraudulently by both companies. If it were possible to give zero stars I would.

I bought a couch. After 8 long weeks they delivered it to my house and could not fit it in the doors!!! Of course I getting my money back , but there no compensation, even no "I am sorry". I last 8 weeks, now my plans are down. They could just simply advice me to check my doors before sighing me up for 8 weeks of wait.
