Why isnt this place more popular? The only bad thing about it is that they have TOO MUCH for a selection of everything. Seriously.. you looking for a lamp? They have 4 isles of them. Throw pillows? Three isles. Rugs? Ohmigod, you will be in rug heaven. And we wont even talk about wall art because there are probably 20 isles. Everytime I tell my husband I am going to At Home he knows he wont see me for at least 3 hours. Its like IKEA except for smaller and slightly more expensive but way better quality. The prices are all over the board here. Some things will surprise you that they are so affordable, others will surprise you that they are so expensive. They have "seasonal" items pretty much all year as well such as Christmas trees, patio furniture, thanksgiving decorations or Halloween decorations. This place is HUGE, probably a bit bigger than an entire Meijer. You will get happily lost in this place for hours, I promise.

A big warehouse of random furnishings and accessories. You can find a lot of decent stuff, a handful of things that are slightly damaged, and a few diamonds amongst it all. That said, the prices to seem to be a bit steeper than the merchandise would warrant, so its worth having a budget in mind, and being conscious of other stores that carry what youre after.

The home depot of home decor. If home depot had no floor plan and 2 employees in the whole store. They have a lot of really cool things but good luck finding it. The layout makes no sense and a lot of stuff just looks like it was placed where they could find an opening. If you have time to kill youll probably find some neat stuff but youll have to wander.

Waste of time. This is a huge store filled with thousands of home decor items no one wants to buy. The good thing about At Home in Kalamazoo is that prime parking spaces are always available and if you do find something to purchase, you will never have to stand in line at the check-out.

Its not the employees fault, but there were like 3 people working in the entire store, including two cashiers. i wanted to buy a large furniture item, but i couldnt find anyone anywhere. Im sure its great if youre buying little things that dont require assistance.
