Rudy is very rude and unprofessional. I was a customer once before and had problems with him. When I become a customer again I ask not to have no dealing with him the manager promised me that thus would happen but it did. Rudy calls everyone on my list spreading my business was very rude to my mom and wife. Something really needs to be done. I will never be a customer there and I will tell everyone never to go there. Aarons rental and lease best in town.

Premier Rental in Kalamazoo, Michigan is the BEST rent to own in town! They try everything they can do to make you happy! I have used Aarons and Rent a Center and it seems like they don’t really care about their customer. Premier treats you like a person and not a number. If you go in, ask for Rudy and he will take good care of you.
