I would also give a zero rating if it was available. We were misled regarding the quality of the Renew "leather" upon our purchase and bought a sub-standard product. The warranty we were advised to purchase has built into it language that makes it ultimately ineffective. Although we received great service when we purchased the love seat, we certainly did not receive that same service when we wanted them to back their defective product. In fact the manager was dismissive, unresponsive and left me feeling like my integrity was in question! Our only recourse - we will never shop at La-Z-Boy again and we will make sure others we know are well informed before they make the same mistake!

I purchased a recliner at this store and it was such a disappointment. My chair was a custom order only because I chose a different fabric. I loved it but when I picked it up I was shocked at how hard the seat cushion was. Also, it is impossible to recline the chair Its so tight and stiff that I cant use it. I asked to exchange it and the manager flatly said NO. I will never buy anything at this store again. Its obvious that sales are far more important than customer satisfaction.

I also would give them a Zero if they had one to give. Furniture was poorly constructed and looks like its 25 years old instead of 18 months. The customer service is terrible. I will never purchase another La-Z-Boy product or recommend to anyone in my lifetime. Just had a much better experience at Vandenburgs Furniture in Schoolcraft. Salesman was very helpful and the quality of the furniture is much better for a little less then I paid for La-Z-Boy name.

I would also give zero stars if it were an option. I purchased 2 couches and 2 recliner chairs from them. There was a popping noise coming from the back of one of the couches whenever you sat down, it was there right from the very beginning. That was a month ago and it still is not fixed, now the other one is starting to make the same noise and all I am getting is a run around. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!

Do not buy Lazy boy, their products are junk, we had our Ethan Allen furniture for 8 years and only bought new to get a new look. Lazy boy garbage lasted a year before it started breaking down. Their repair service is a joke and takes months to get someone to look at it. Dont waste your money!!!!

The sales lady, Trudy, helped us pick out the right type of fabric and stuck around giving us information about the brand, but also gave us privacy to shop. Also, there is an ottoman on wheels in the discount section that is a must try.

The sales ladies were wonderful. I didnt feel harassed like I was buying a car or something. The selection was great, and picking your fabrics is fun! Great sales, and the clearance area was cool, too
