FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS! If I could have a blank rating I would I saw the Chateau Emilion King at 999.00 the salesman didnt bother to tell me itwas going off sale the next day. I went back the next day and the sale was over I was not happy. I was then told yes that was for Labor Day Ill keep an eye on it to see if it goes on sale and call you well no call. Last Saturday due to the LOWEST PRICE EVER EMAIL this is from my email..."We’re dropping everything to our lowest price ever. Then you can take an extra 15 percent off that". Note everything and extra 15 percent off that lol what a dang joke. The bed was at 1229.00 NOT THE LOWEST PRICE OR EVER THE SAME AS 2 AND HALF WEEKS PRIOR AT THE 999.00! I then asked a sales lady is the 15 percent included she said yes. I was like these people think Im stupid 15 percent was stated "THEN YOU CAN TAKE AN EXTRA 15 PERCENT OFF YEAH RIGHT! I leave the store pissed and decided to try and reach out to the Virginia Beach location searching for a home office. I instead got this sassy disrespectful customer service lady and I was nice and calm which infuriated me as I so kindly explain to her my frustration she says " maam all I can do is say one customer called not liking our ad" in a condescending manner! I so kindly told her I may be the only one youve talked to but I assure you Im not the only one who wants what is advertised mind you Id already informed her early on I was not seeking any discount but was calling to voice my opinion and feedback. I also told her I hate BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A PASSION!!!!!! I told her I work everyday helping people solve problems as a remediator I tell you a employee like her is enough to piss you off when you arent even mad. So I get another email today that another huge sale I call a different store and the salesman says its going to be 1159.20 and it wont be in until November December. He was nice and actually called me back with pricing. As much as I love that bed I am now disenchanted! That salesman was super nice and listened to me complain a bit about my previous experience. I would gladly buy something from him any day but Haynes has set my feelings in a terrible way. Give your customers what you state if your word is no good than you have no true value! I dont care how long youve been in business you should never stop being hungry for dedicated customers treat them like you are just opening and have everything to lose! Guess what giants do fall so be careful of how you became one use integrity or dishonesty it determines your fall!!

Do Not Buy From Here! My one order has taken over 3 months to fulfill and not even to my liking. Mike is the manager and after the sale he does not want anything to do with your order. He is very unhelpful and will keep cutting you off so he can talk and tell you it is not his responsibility or in his hands anymore. Roscoe was the sales rep who sold me the couch and assured me it would be taken care of. But it turned out to be the biggest headache for me and my wife. Worst Customer service I have ever received. I bought 2 couches (paid full), waited 1 month for delivery only to have 1 of them delivered because the other was damaged. They told me I would get the other one in 2 weeks, but after 2 weeks had passed they told me it would be another month. After waiting for a bit and not getting a definite response, I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They told me I cannot return the other couch because it was out of the return date (in their policy). I tried contacting corporate and they told me it is upto the store (W. Broad St Store) itself and it is not in their hands. Mike the manager at the store was extremely rude and told me once the order is placed they dont handle anything and I could contact Haynes After Delivery Service. We had to schedule twice for delivery because people were not willing to take our couches to the 4th floor even though it was in our notes. The delivery people tried to leave or ask for more money. They were not willing to position the couches where we wanted, they stated it was their job to just take it to the floor and not place it where someone wants it. Had I known better the headache their management and third party delivery would cause I would never have bought it in the first place. Rooms2go and Havertys are much better. They try to over sell at Haynes and dont have the customers interest in mind. Prices are not that different from other places, but the customer service is (in a bad way). Think twice before you buy from them!

Very Bad Experience - Do Not Shop Here! Management does not care! I would give a 0 if I could. This company does not stand behind what they sell. They are rude and do not care about the customer. I purchased a Natuzzi leather sofa and chair on Nov. 27, 2016 and was delivered Dec. 3, 2016. The chair has already started to wrinkle severely and the sofa has also started to wrinkle. I was told when I purchased the sofa and chair by the sales person and sales manager that the sofa and chair that I purchased was made in Italy. THIS IS NOT TRUE. The tag on the furniture that I purchased has made in China. I went back to the Haynes furniture store where I purchased the furniture and again asked a sales person where the same furniture was made. He stated "made in Italy" I asked him to look at the tag on the furniture in the showroom. He turned the chair over and the tag had "made in China" I asked why he was telling people the furniture was made in Italy. He stated that is what they were told to say. I proceeded to speak with the store manager, Teddy Craddoc and Ronny which would not give me his last name. Teddy was very rude and said that parts of the furniture was made in Italy and parts were made in China. No where on the furniture does it have made in Italy. I told him that customers should be advised if not all made in Italy. If I had known I would have not purchased. I have learned there are 2 lines of Natuzzi furniture. One line is made in Italy and the other in China. After reading reviews, I found out that the line made in China is very poorly made and does not hold up. I feel like I was deceived and ripped off. They will not return my money and will not stand behind what they sell. Teddy was very rude and unprofessional . He walked off in my face and called the other manager with him. They get your money and do not care about the customer. This has been a terrible experience and awful furniture purchase.
