Dont sign anything !! If you sign the SALES ORDER you have no recourse with this company. Even though you receive damaged furniture. They will only fix it! (still waiting) Not replace it or take it back. Read the front and back before you sign it! This has been the worst experience ever. After hours on the phone and many so called customer service supervisors I was told they would send replacement furniture. They called DAYS LATER and scheduled delivery so I took off work. After waiting 4 hours the delivery driver called and said they were 10 minutes away and cant find me on GPS. Then delivery service called and said they cant deliver that day because they had my address wrong. I called the store and said keep it come and get the damaged pieces and credit my card. The main supervisor was going to call me and take care of everything. After no call back that day as promised I called them the next day and another supervisor (Mr Personality) told me I wasnt getting replacement pieces or a refund and I have to let them attempt to fix the factory damaged furniture in my home because my wife signed the sales order in the store PERIOD!!! He said your wife signed the day of delivery. But Saturday morning at 8am she looked for scratches but didnt attempt to open or close the doors. When I asked if the repair person was bonded and and factory tech?? I was told he is capable. I was told the other supervisor should have never sent me replacement pieces and was wrong to do so and that he (Mr Personality) had cancled the order and I was not getting it. But I took a day off from work for this and I will have to take off to be here when they come and attempt to fix it. They are rude and crude and try to wear you down. I have a attorney looking into my rights because I filled a despute with my credit card company the day all this happened and I had payment held. Beware this is a franchise store and not owned by Ashley and Ashley corporate played me off also when I spent a hour trying to get there help. And the family that owns this franchise has 12 stores total with bad reviews. Its a local family from Fredericksburg and their names starts with a T and so does the name of there family owned stores. Im going to name them in my suit if it comes to that. I cant say their full name until my attorney gives me the ok. I have never used a attorney for a matter like this. But this is about principal now and making them do right and be TRUTHFUL. I would not have even given 1 start but it wont start a review without at least 1 star. These people like phone and not using e-mail as I kept requesting. Record all your phone calls with them. Go somewhere else!!!!!! Read all reviews!!!!

There is no option to leave ZERO stars. I am having the WORST experience with this place. There are a lot of predatory lending schemes here. I am currently reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as we speak. A couple years ago, I went to shop for furniture for my first home. With a small down payment (sufficient enough for furniture that was $1300-$1500 with taxes and warranty)... I was told I would be on a payment plan to pay this off. Which is perfectly fine and I would understand the interest charges that would go with it. Two years later, Im still making the same payments ($129/month) so I verified the remaining balance. The remaining balance was around $900! I went into the store to find out where are all my payments going to because it looks like the principal went down by $300-$450! The first person told me part of my payments are going to the Credit Bureau to update my balance (which was no where in the contract) and I know you consumers do not pay for that... Then I requested the amortization schedule (or whatever document that can show the monthly payments, how much it applies to principal, interest, taxes).... They were applying $6-$7 to the principal, $15-$20 for taxes, and COULD NOT explain the rest of the money and where its going to. For the past two months, Ive been asking to speak to the district manager or someone who handles situations like this because it is UNFAIR that Ive paid about $3000+ for furniture that is only worth $1300 then telling me I have a balance of $900+ left to pay off. That means Ill be paying $4000 for this... No one has gotten back to me after two months of complaining and patiently asking. "Emails" have been sent to the district manager (from the rep who collects payments) to reach out to me but nothing! They keep calling me asking for payment but I told her I will not make payments until I speak with a manager/supervisor. Ive paid double the cost of the furniture already! FYI: The representative at this location made it clear there are other customers experiencing this issue due to a FORMER employee setting them up in this payment plan. This FORMER employee (LINDA) is no longer with the business because of these issues... Hmm, if this is a known issue of some form predatory lending, dont you think its a priority to fix it with all of the customers that are/were affected?!

How is this place still in business? This is the worse company. If one is considering buying anything from the this store, run far away. Worse customer service if any company I have ever dealt with. Poor quality furniture. I purchased a sectional couch at the Manassas Virginia location in September of 2016. It took a month for delivery. Upon delivery, we discovered half of it was broken. I called customer service and requested a new couch and was promptly told they do not replace, only repair. But, I could have anything repaired with it for the first year. After 2 weeks or more, we got the broken part back from repair, only for the couch to just not sit like a new couch should. Cushions sink in really bad when sitting down. After 4-5 service calls, the cushions or tension in the couch still are not repaired. The techs they send out are not professional and frankly, scary looking individuals who know nothing about repairing furniture. We had an additional service call on the ottoman because it was ripped at the bottom. But now that the Velcro is coming undone under the cushions, the cushions are slipping off the couch. We tried getting another service repair person out, but was denied, saying they have come out too many times. We have supposedly used all our service requests. We have barely had the couch 6 months. We called corporate and got absolutely no where. My husband threatened legal action and corporate just gave him the address for our attorney. Unbelievable. Im not sure where this company gets its rules and restrictions from when dealing with their customers. They do not stand behind their product. They do not make anything right for their customer. We deserve a new couch for all that has been wrong with it. But have to live with a poor quality couch. From reading reviews everywhere online, I see that many others have experienced problems. Im in the process filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. Lesson learned. And believe me, this Facebook review is just the first of many negative reviews. I plan on flooding the Internet about Ashley furniture!
