I took my Mercury in to White Plains Lincoln Mercury to have the drivers side mirror replaced after it had been kicked off by a deer. They replaced the mirror and repainted it the color of the car. Now, 1 year and 11 months later, the paint has begun to peel from my mirror that they replaced. The paint on the rest of my vehicle is in excellent condition. I called the dealership to explain my situation and they admitted that it must have been an inadequate paint job; however, because my car is outside of their service warranty (1 year or 12,000 miles), they were unwilling to accept responsibility for replacing the paint. While I understand they have no legal obligation to repair the paint on the mirror, a paint job should last much longer than 2 years (such as the 10 years my factory paint job has lasted) and an official Mercury dealer should be willing to accept responsibility. They were willing to have me take the car into the shop, but since I no longer live in New York, I am unable to do so. I had expected them to reimburse work that I would have done at a local Mercury dealer, but they declined to do this. I am disappointed both by the quality of the original paint job and by their unwillingness to accept full responsibility for what they too believe was an inadequate paint job.

My experience with this dealer has been nothing but exceptional!! Buying a car can be intimidating & overwhelming, to say the least, but the salespeople & staff made it all seem easy, and even more importantly, comfortable--far different from experiences I had had in the past with other dealers. Of course, I did my homework and was ready and armed for the full speed ahead "sales pitch" at WP Lincoln, so when it never came I was a little disappointed. All of my questions were answered with patience and detail regarding the various cars I was considering, as well as service, warranty & other matters I was concerned about. Most noteworthy is that I never felt I was being manipulated and everything I was told proved to be true. Obviously, I bought a car. It was a present for my niece, and when we went to pick it up, to my surprise, it had a big red bow on it and the salesperson & crew with whom I had dealt met us with welcoming arms and applause. My niece was so excited, and when she needed service and had questions about the car, the staff was always courteous, treated her professionally & respectfully, and got the job done or returned calls promptly and efficiently. I give them a BIG THUMBS UP!!

My 2002 Volvo V70 flashed a "check engine" light. Ive used White Plains Lincoln service before for my Porsche and my Volvo with great results, so back I went. The service crew couldnt be more friendly and helpful. In the past Lincoln had always been able to fix my Volvo in house. However, the problem was more difficult this time and the car ultimately had to be sent to Volvo for repair. White Plains Lincoln disclosed their intention to take this step before the fact and asked for my approval. Moreover, Lincoln DID NOT CHARGE ME for their in-house diagnostic time since they were unable to resolve the problem. Not only did Volvo resolve the problem, but the Lincoln dealership negotiated a wholesale price with Volvo for the work and passed it on to me. The car is now back in my hands and running great!

The worst experience ever! I was buying an used car and they over charge me for many different things. They promised things they didnt fulfill. On top of that, very unfriendly costumer service and they lied to you. They are not efficient, neither trust wordy. If you want to have a good experience with Lincoln please go to another dealer. UPDATE: The answer from the dealer is another lie. First of all this is not anonymous. Secondly, I tried to contact the Sales Manager and the Owner to express my complains and I never received a call back, an apology or anything like that. My good experience with Lincoln is being ruined by these people. Again, look for another friendly and trustworthy dealer.

I have been a loyal customer at White Plains Lincoln for many years. I continue to be, as their loyal service does not give me a choice. I have 3 dealers within 5 miles from home, yet I choose to drive 29 miles to be pampered... I have been dealing with Antony Paladino on my last 3 purchases. His high level of customer service continues my satisfaction and truly impresses me. The level of service and courtesy truly defines this company. Everyone bends over backwards, and then some, to accommodate whatever your needs may be. This is one of the major reasons I continue to return. Obviously, I dont do this for them, but my comfort and convenience. Thank you Antony! Thank you WPL and your team!

I recently purchased a one year old MKZh at White plains , the salesperson Felix Rojas made me feel very comfortable throughout the buying process because the trade in value and price of the new car were very fair and in line with blue book recommendations. Felix went with me on the test drive and then left me alone to check out the car and make my decision. He made sure everything came with the car (manuals , 3 sets of keys ,etc ). I am super happy with the car and experience. Also want to thank Donna Tannen for her expert advice on finances and warranty options. My only regret is that I live three hours from here so will not be able to use them for my cars service needs.

You could not find nicer people than everyone here. Kevin, our salesman was so patient and helpful in picking the right car for our daughters graduation gift. When my daughter came to pick it up it was done up in a big red bow-she was thrilled. When we took her over to service they couldnt have been nicer and they made sure she knew exactly how to work everything in it. A week later they called to make sure she was loving her new car and to ask if she had come across any questions they could answer. These people are outstanding and really care about their customers and making the whole experience with them a really friendly caring one. I wont go anywhere else again.

My experiences at White Plains Lincoln over the years as been exceptional, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, especially Mr. W. Mercado my sales representative who always take care of me, is second to none. If you need any recommendation on your purchase or lease see Mr. Mercado, he has been my Sale Rep since 1997. The service, sales and restroom is clean and well kept. The lounge we waited in is always clean and comfortable with free coffee and tea is offered. It is always a pleasure for my wife and I to visit White Plains Lincoln to have our vehicle serviced and then treated to a car wash.

White Plains Lincoln provides consistent EXCELLENT Service! They provided quick, efficient service to our sons vehicle on the same day. Our son is a very busy full time student, a volunteer firefighter and works 2 jobs so he relies on his car every day. He contacted White Plains Lincoln and they told him not to worry and that they would take care of it. AAA towed it to WP Lincoln and they came through on their promise once again! It gives us peace of mind, being 6 hours away to know that our son has a very reliable, caring place to bring his car. THANK YOU AGAIN WHITE PLAINS LINCOLN STAFF!
