This review is for the customer service, not for the store. The store has great service and I love it, but when you buy things online it is a nightmare. First of all they make a lot of mistakes and trying to reach them is a nightmare too. Deliveries take forever. I bought a sofa and they delivered the wrong sofa 2 times! And each delivery took like a week and a half to arrive! Its been 3 weeks and I still dont have The correct sofa. And thats only one of many other problems Ive had.

Although Im not diggin getting parked and into- this- place I did enjoy a lot of their cool accessories. I dont see sofas and stuff I think are great. They dont have the quality or edge some "real furniture stores have. I was helped by a pleasant guy who seemed to have no real design knowledge. That bugs me a little as it does when Ive been to west elm. Anyway, I may go there again someday.. not too soon.

Good for furniture but also great for serving dishes for entertaining. They have set deals on inexpensive plates and glasses that make it easy to throw an elegant large party. Lots of fun, hip stuff. Order online and pick up in store!

Because the Santa Monica CB2 is closed, I have to visit this store instead. The parking could be tough around the area, but they will validate for you with purchase. The store is tiny and a bit cramped for my liking.

Easily one of my fave stores to stop into for home decor. This is the only location in LA and the store is a decent size. The staff are always helpful and willing to order anything you need if not in stock!

I had to pick up candles for a dinner party. I love cb2. Their aesthetic is so clean and beautiful. I was a bit taken aback by the candles costing $2+ each. Overall a great experience.
