Bought a bed at the store had to wait about a month. Went to finally pick it up was only one box. I asked the guy if the whole thing was in the one box. He said yes. Got it home opened it up to put it together. It was only the head boards and foot boards. I called the warehouse. They said they would look into it maybe ship the rest free since I asked the guy. They finally called me back and said it was not on the order have to deal with the store they can not add to orders at the warehouse. So I called the Store talked to customer service. They said the had to talk to manager would call me back I called back they said they were looking into it before they should have them shipped to my house next week but she will check with her manager. She would call me back. End of the day she still did not call me back said that they could not find any they were back ordered so i could come in the next day talk to manager and pick different bed. So the next day went to the store and the manager did not know i was coming he looked into it and found what i needed and said would have it ship the Saturday. I still did not trust it But finally 2 days later it arrived and was able to put it together. I asked him why couldnt the other manager find it over the phone he did not know. When i was putting the bed together i noticed the bed is wood and has a few spurs where they dont sand it before staining it. But not going through anything else with them. I got a warranty with them just hope it works when i need it. After i ordered it waiting for the parts seen a lot of bad experiences with them online if i knew that would not have bought from them

I had the worst experience at this Ashley. I purchase a bed frame and they gave me a month date to delivery it, which I agreed to. They text me a week before the delivery date and I confirmed it. The day before they texted with a window time period they would be arriving. The day they were scheduled to delivery, we never hears from them. So I called to see what was happening, they informed me that they didnt have all the parts for the bed, so I asked why didnt anyone call. Of course they said they didnt know, and then I asked if you didnt have all the parts why call and text to confirm the date and a window time period to be here. Once again...we dont know. So then they say, it will be in Monday. I said thats unacceptable and I would like to talk to the manager, they said he not available. So I said I need to speak to the manager because I am a customer and I am not happy. So they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I hung up and called back, I ask2for the manager again, thats so for my name, after looking up my infomation, they said you are waiting on a bed right I said yes, now they tell me it wont be in until February. No need to say I was steaming mad, but asked to speak to the manager again they put me on hold and never came back again. Two week later I went down to complaint and they didnt seem to recall care...so we cancel our $900 dollar order. Never shopping at this Ashley again!

This store is very well lit and the layout is great. Things are organized by category and price brackets. They have a great selection of furniture in every budget without sacrificing on style or quality. Be aware that like most furniture stores, they dont keep anything in stock. Be prepared to pay for delivery or pick up in Colton, CA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. George, the sales rep that assisted me, helped me choose the perfect couch set for my living room. He suggested a two tone couch over an all black couch that I originally wanted. I couldnt be happier with how the couch set brings the room together. Ill be back soon to get a rug and will definitely get George to help me choose it. The couches I wanted werent in stock and had to be fabricated. Fabrication takes about 2 weeks. That wasnt an option for me. I decided to pick up the parts that would be ready soonest and then return to pick up the remaining couch once it was completed. Delivery is not an option if you want to go this route. You will have to pick up in Colton, CA. Contrary to the reviews for their warehouse, I found it really quick and easy to pick my furniture up there. Make sure to bring your receipt and a vehichle with plenty of space and power to pick up your items. The staff at that location will help you with loading.

Poorly Managed Store On Nov. 6, 2015 we shopped, selected, and paid for a Living Room set and delivery at our local Hawthorne, CA store. They couldnt make delivery within the ELEVEN-days before we left town for three weeks so we scheduled it for 2-days after we got back on Dec. 11. Got a call a few days before delivery, saying they were re-scheduling delivery for Dec. 22; 6-1/2 weeks after original purchase! The delivery guys were great and came equipped with touch-up pens to cover spots where the made in China factory stain hadnt quite covered the cheesy end tables (our bad for buying them). We realized that one inconsequential item - an accent blanket - was missing and the delivery guys contacted their office who said the blanket would be mailed to us within the week. It never showed up but we did receive two or three calls from the dispatcher during the ensuing weeks saying it would be delivered on certain days which...it never did. We visited the store to complain but our poor salesman looked so embarrassed we decided not to pursue it because we had our furniture and it wasnt his fault the store he worked for is so very badly managed. BTW; we did finally receive the blanket in the mail some time late in January 2015.

I purchased a leather sofa set about 2 weeks ago. The sofas arrived as promised but had minor scratches on them. When our sofas arrived, we returned one of the sofas. Both sofas had visible marks. Since we purchased the extended warranty we figured we could have those minor defects fixed on one but not in the other. We re-schedule delivery and to our surprised we got the same sofa again with a bad fixed job. We told the delivery guys that was the same sofa, we didnt want it, to take it back, but they promised us if would be best to keep it and re-schedule via the store the exchange. Now the store is saying their policy was NO REFUNDS-NO EXCHANGES and we were never told that. Our sales person failed to inform us about Ashleys policy PLUS customer service has been horrible to deal with. Now Im stuck with $4000.00 worth of sofas with scratches that were NOT DONE BY ME and a horrible experience of deceitful information given by their: sales department, customer service dept and delivery personnel.

I decided to spend Saturday to look for new furniture so I headed first to Ashley s. I really didnt want to deal with any pushy or creepy sales person following me so I was hesitant to go in. Surprisingly, I was greeted by Dray, who introduced himself, asked me a few questions and directed me to the proper area. He allowed me to roam freely but checked up with me periodically to answer my questions. Dray was extremely knowledgeable about many aspects of furniture. I really didnt find exactly what I wanted and he was very understanding. Before I left he suggested I try a few mattresses which I had never done. Wow, Im glad I did!! I learned the difference between the quality and will never buy a cheap mattress again thanks to Dray. I left to compare prices but because of his outstanding salesmanship, I will be returning to make a purchase with him. I also told my mom because she also needs a mattress. Dray, you were professional, knowledgeable and down to earth . Keep up the good work!
