Purchased one small wicker chair from this company. I was going back and forth between buying it and it working with my space. This was a floor model btw not anything custom. I decided to try it and discussed this with the sales guy on the floor about if it didnt work in my space that I would return it. I ended up buying it, and it ultimate doesnt work in my space. I called a few days alter about a return and they refused. They should really let everyone know that all sales are final verbally and on the receipt. Neither of which they did. I am in the middle of buying furniture for three different homes and would not recommend this company to anyone. If they were up front and honest from the beginning I would not have purchased the chair.

We have recently purchased the Carbo day beds and corner chair also two of the sun loungers. The service we got was just amazing and we had our beautiful outdoor setting within one week of ordering. We live in the South Island of NZ so as it gad to cone from Auckland that delivery service was fantastic. We are so thrilled with it all just live it and the quality is far superior to anything else on the market in NZ. It is so nice to gave something a little different that really stands out. Last year we purchased the concrete outdoor dining table and 8 chairs and have had so many comments from friends asking where we purchased it from. We also had the same excellent service with that order. Thankyou. .

Beautiful, solid outdoor furniture (locally made) at half the price of Crate&Barrel/CB2. Just bought a table and four chairs, and my wife and I couldnt possibly feel more satisfiedsmarter for getting them here. Eduardo also helped us negotiate a same day delivery (within two hours, actually) of the table (which we mistakenly thought would fit in our Jeep) on the fly. Well be coming back when were ready to buy more outdoor furniture. Great service, fantastic product, beautiful design.

Beautiful DISPOSABLE $329 Chairs. I bought 6 Bistro chairs for my home use. After one year, 2 of the chairs broke. The store offered to put the good top half with the good bottom half to turn two broken chairs into one usable chair. They then also complained that I mis-used a chair by not sitting on it properly! Upon looking at other reviews, people have generally complained about their products and services.

I have made several purchases from the Teak Warehouse located next in Manhattan Beach. which were shipped and set up in Paradise Valley. Every aspect from the sales interaction to the delivery and set up were simple and smooth. The quality is impeccable and there is a large variety of styles and sizing. We recently had to replace a cord on an umbrella and they promptly sent us our a replacement!

this place is an absolute rip off!! spent over $20,000 there and they refuse to stand behind their product after only 3 months!!! mold has developed in the wood and rust in the steel. the salesman, Harry, lied about upkeep and warranty. he no longer works there.....filing law suit against these crooks...stay away
