Dont buy from these people the are a scam. I purchased a sofa set and was delivered damaged. Delivery men forced the furniture through the door leaving a hole on the wall of about 2 feet long. The sofa and the lamp were scratched, one of the chair had a hole in the fabric and the other chair had crooked legs. I try to refused the delivery but they promised they would comeback and replace them with new items as well as to fix the wall. After a few weeks and constant calling from my part without an answer from them, I had no choice but to bring the furniture back to them myself. They refused to repair them or refund the money, claiming that all sales were final. They were incredibly rude and verbally abusive. I was thrown out by one the stuff member by orders from the Manager. I left with nothing, they kept the furniture and the money too. Responce: this people came to chit or make fraud with their purchase. They faked the invoice saying they refund the damage merchandise. And they got back their money. Shame on you writing this chiteres. You enjoying free merchandise now. ( wrote by manager)

Horrible customer service skills. Quality of furniture doesnt match their prices. They do not work together, everything is blame it on some one else. Delivery fees are overly expensive. I live less than two miles away and the charged me quite a bit to just drop my sofa off. It took four weeks for a sectional that was suppose to be delivered in two and when I called I was given attitude from everyone.

Everytime I went to Max Furniture my experience was pretty good. I purchased a mattress and was given a good deal. They also delivered it in a timely manner and was professional. There was a time I was harassed by a sales person but she left me alone after I politely asked her to. Its hard to concentrate on what you NEED when someone is haggling you. Other than that one time I cant complain.

This is the worst furniture store ever. The day my furniture was supposed to be delivered they lost the invoice. The supervisor Lucy does not return phone calls. I had to keep calling them. I am still waiting for an answer as to what they are going to do to compensate me for my wasted time. Will update the final outcome.

Horrible customer service, brought two bed sets and couch set, all was infested with bed bugs had to spend over $400 to kill most of them cause didnt want to waste the money on the furniture because then wouldnt refund or replace.

Ues caution when doing bussiness with this company. They treat you nice untill you pay your money they dont refund your money back even if the furniture you are giving is damaged. I will never go back there again and Natalia lies.
