The sales team didnt really need to "sell" my wife and I on our latest purchase. We are long time Bassett customers based on the quality of their products. I think the old saying, "you get what you pay for" really describes the buying experience well. They are premium products at a premium price. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. The delivery went even better with the truck showing up within 30 minutes of the beginning of the delivery window. The piece was installed in less than 15 minutes and both crew members were polite and professional. I would suggest in the future that delivery personnel wear protective booties on carpeted area but otherwise no complaints. The furniture showed up as ordered and damage free. Win!

Bassett furniture was recommended to me by friend who was very much happy with her purchase from Emma, one of senior designers, who turns out worked there for over 11 years. Anyway, I needed to furnish my family room but I wasnt sure if I should go with sectional or sofa, loveseat combination. Emma came out to my home, measured the room and made suggestion to go with sectional. The whole process from me visiting the store and getting furniture delivered took about six weeks. Now I am enjoying my family room and so happy I got help from experienced designer who made this whole process painless. Sure Bassett is more expensive,but like previous reviewer said "you get what you pay for"

We were in the market for a new rocker/glider, which is hard to find. Annakka was our salesperson, and was very helpful. We enjoyed looking for fabric and matching it with our drapery material. We found the perfect fabric! We we also looking for a new king size bed. The following weekend we went back to Bassett to see Annakka and purchase a bed. It was delivered to day, cant wait to sleep in it tonight!! Thanks, Annakka, and Bassett Furniture.

You get what you pay for. Bassett is high end furniture with exceptional quality and service. Think of Bassett as the "Nordstroms" of the furniture world. Kim helped my wife and I design/furnish our entire house. We receive complements on our furniture all the time from our friends and family, but more importantly we love it. If you go to Bassett, be sure to ask for Kim.

Came in here searching for a lot of things. I always dread going in furniture stores because of pushy sales people. While they definitely pounced and I was irritated, the sales woman actually was supremely helpful and Im glad she forced herself on us. Also, the selection here is amazing, and while its definitely pricey, you get great customizable quality.

From start to finish the customer service was great. Only problem at any point was we were not notified when delivery was expected and it caught us by surprise. Our salesperson Margo helped us get our sofa the way we wanted it. The delivery people were wonderful in explaining the teflon spray and how to clean the sofa. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
