Do not buy furniture from Lazy Boy. The salesman told us we were buying a leather sofa. After 2 years, it cracked and the coating is coming off. Went to the store and I was informed that we did not buy a leather sofa.......salesman clearly misrepresented the item. The manager told me that that was pretty standard for that material.......said it usually starts cracking after a couple years!!!! Called customer service and they were no help. Was transferred to corporate, supposedly, and the woman said I could take a picture and MAYBE they would give me a discount on a repair since it was out of warranty. I cant believe a company would not stand behind their product even if it is out of warranty. I will not pay more to have something fixed that is clearly defective. They should at least come look at it and repair or replace at their cost. Now I either have to live with it or trash it or give it away. No chance of selling it......who would want to buy it? I will never ever again shop at Lazy Boy.

A very expensive all leather chair whereby the stuffing collapsed after about 5 months. Had to have it re-stuffed. Then, after knee replacement surgery 12-14, on jan. 1, 2017--the entire chair collapsed! Found a big bolt and a clip that apparently holds the chair together--now we will see how long it will take for them to fix a completely broken chair. The sounds it makes would scare anyone.

Terrible experience with Lazy boy. The foam packing in one of the arms gave out in less than a year. I had them repair the arm and I had to pay for it. I also had to return it to the repair facility and pick it up myself. DO NOT BUY FROM LAZY BOY !!!!!
