I am absolutely appalled by the customer service from this place, moreover it was from the owner Francesca! Avoid doing business from this place at all costs, they will try and rip you off! Never have I been so disrespected by someone in my life. I came in to look at 2 items which my client had previously seen in the store. While shopping, Francesca put together some more ideas for our room redecoration. She offered the 2 items at a discounted price in addition to pricing everything else out on the invoice. I left our credit card number as a hold so that my client could come by on a different day to purchase the 2 items and take a look at the other options. Because my client only wanted to purchase the 2 items she withdrew her initial pricing and tried to up charge the entire sale!! The worse part was that she threatened to charge $150 to our credit card if the purchase was not made because of the "work" that she put in. Absolutely ridiculous and illegal! We had to cancel our credit card and report fraudulent charges from this company. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time at this store! The owner is a condescending thief.

Bought two couches from here the fabric is a joke. Water makes stains. you get what you pay for. Better off going and buying a more expensive couch from HD Buttercup with higher quality materials. Or going to IKEA and getting something truly dispensable. This is the kind of middle-of-the-road garbage furniture you should avoid.

LiveStyle Design Studio has nice furniture. Also, the staff are helpful and very friendly. Check out their new store here at 2408 Lincoln in Santa Monica. Their furniture are vibrant and colorful. You can find a lot of sets and pieces that are in style
