Owner claimed to be specialist on the car I bought but truth is he abused it. Took it to Florida to his ‘Property’ to check on and evict people and when he first met me in the office he said ‘Whatchyou buying?’. I told him, and he said, “That’s MY car!”. I said, Huh? He said, "Matter of fact, if you didn’t buy it, I would be taking it this Sunday.” I said, “To where?”. He said “FLORIDA of course!”. He bragged about being a mechanic of 40 years on European cars (Mercedes specifically in Croatia and America) but he drove this car into the ground (a bent rim, bad rear end, battery is the wrong size-too small, only one key to the car, the front left wheel is making noise and he allowed it to go over by 3500 miles for it’s oil change and for Mercedes this is like a third of a year, filter and more. (From his little trips to FL if you calculate it).But you are a professional? I smelled alcohol on his breath the two times I was there. He talked my ear off, was rude to customers, and treated his staff (not his son) crappy. I loved my salesman, Paul. He was sweet, not pushy, logical, helpful. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM TKP UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE AND EVEN THEN YOU MIGHT NOT BE BETTER OFF. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING. My car is gorgeous, bottom has not been touched by snow, the engine sounds great, but the rest, well, it’s still in the shop more than it’s in my driveway or underneath my a** because now it has ignition issues (and while I’m at it, don’t ever go to Leikin Mercedes in Willoughby for ANYTHING- sales and service are not good…Looks are deceiving there as well). Good luck in your search.

I bought a car from them 9 years ago, it finally needed to be replaced and I went to them again. Not only did I get an excellent car for the money I had to spend they actually listened to what I wanted and gave me options in the price range I was looking for. There were a few minor things that needed to be done and they took care of it quickly and at no extra charge to me. I know that I will always come here first when looking for a car because they are honest and sell quality cars. I recommend anyone who needs a car come here and check them out. I tell everyone about them.

Ive bought 3 cars from Tony & Brad at TKP AND Ive sent 4 friends!!! I have all GOOD things to say! They have always given me top notch service... Every car Ive bought has been inspected by their staff and run like a charm. If there was ever a problem, Ive taken or towed it in for immediate repair. Tony has extended to me great rates on parts and VERY LOW labor cost. I would HIGHLY recommend TKP to ANYONE!

This is a great place to buy a car. The prices are reasonable.... Tony has worked with us on a few situations that no one else would do if I have had any issue they fixed the problem and stood by their word and work .... Honesty is another thing you dont find at used car dealerships but here these guys shoot you straight I will defiantly. Be buying another car from these guys.
