Best experience ive had at any shop, i went there hateing my bike "2000 gsxr 750". I needed a new front tire and suspension adjustments also battery chain tighted and ect, the gentleman was extreamly polite and helpfull i droped it off and came back a short time later had already finished what was asked and gone over the whole bike and fixed a couple things which he didnt even charge me for and gave me pointers, i felt genuinely cared about and the bike well its as if i bought a new one. never riden this nice since i have owned it ,and the final price was literally have of what i expected to pay. They have my buisness for life, and i own an auto shop so i know the run around you can get and there was zero of that. Very impressed

BEWARE: I took my sons dirt bike in for fork seals and front brake pads. It took them 3 1/2 WEEKS to finish. Never received a single call or anything from them saying when the bike would be completed, I instead always had to be the one calling them. The staff were rude when I pointed out that they shouldve at least let me know about the delay. As far as their parts selection and/or product knowledge, try woeful at best. It sucks because I love KTM bikes but this is the nearest dealership. Guess Ill be buying a Yamaha or a Honda. At least the local dealers for them seem decent.

The owner, Chuck is a great guy and does a fantastic job of helping you get what you need. He gets parts/gear in quickly and has great prices that are very competitive with online pricing. He truly offers great customer service to make sure youre happy with your purchases. They perform service work on all kinds of makes and models of bikes/quads. He has a great KTM motorcycle selection (dirt and street) as well as a lot of side by sides and utility quads as well. I highly recommend this shop!

I had a spark plug that I just could not remove, and I really tried everything I could think of to get it out. I took it to NKM and they replaced the spark plug, for just the cost of the plug
