As a new Harley owner, having heard that Queen City Harley was under new ownership and supposedly new management, we ignored the advice of friends who warned me away from this dealership. A mistake Ill not only never make again...but Ive joined the long list of friends warning bikers away from Queen City. The details of my recent horrible experience with Queen City have been passed on to Harley and the owner of the dealership. After our bike broke down, they had it for 10 days before they even looked at it, then they installed a part they claimed needed to be replaced (over $600 in repairs) without authorization, which I had to demand be removed so we could pick up the bike. I paid over $284 for a battery replacement we did tell them to do and labor costs. When we picked up the bike, it wouldnt start at all and we had to pay expensive towing costs to get it out of there. When we got it home, we opened it up, checked the wires and fuses - and the bike not only started right up but ran great when we took it out for a test ride. We believe they sabotaged our bike so we would be forced to leave it there and pay their costly repairs. If our bike is ever in need of anything and this place was the last motorcycle shop on earth, I would trash the bike before I would take it back here.

Typical HD dealer that is run by non enthusiasts. Plenty of tshirts and Chinese chrome in stock, but youll not find a spark plug wire to fit a 1996 Big twin. They used to be bad, I tried to buy a $15,999 bike with cash and the business suit wearing salesman stood me up on my appointment, guess his golf game ran late. I heard they were sold and are even worse now. Who needs their underpowered junk anyway, Ive moved onto higher quality brands with real engines and suspension and less studs and conchos anyway, just wish I didnt have to work on their junk for a living.....oh well still a better job than snaking out toilets, although similar. After several other bad experiences trying to buy parts there, I FINALLY made a connection with someone in Parts, so thats better now at least.

This place really took care of me. I had my tire plugged and on the way down the highway the plug did not hold. Needless to say I had to get my bike in so I chose this place. Im glad I did. When I got there they quickly took the bike in and got me taken care of. They were willing to stay past their closing time. Which I was really impressed with. They then were able to get me a discount on a Dunlop tire for my bike. This place is great I will definitely be back here. And you cannot beat the time that their garage is open.

Worst Harley dealer in Cincinnati or anywhere I have been. Guy that runs the parts counter is the most rude arrogant person Ive ever met in a motorcycle parts department! Will not be back because of him! Young kid that works service department is also super cocky & pretty much just lies to your face! between these 2 fine gentleman, I will never step in this store again!! Place used to be great, but had a friend say he had same experience. If anyone reads this, take your business to dealer in Mason, its worth the drive!!

These people at the parts counter have only one mission in life, bend you over for everything you have and then some !!! The only parts counter employee there thats worth their salt is Rebecca !!! And the young guy working the service desk is incapable of telling the truth, if I were 30 years younger I would have worked him over !!! So whats the conclusion to this review, take your business elsewhere, this dealership is nothing more than satans spawn !!!

The people here are patient with you, they bend over backwards to help you in every way they can. They have the best customer service Ive ever seen, and made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. Youll never find a better place to go. I bought my first ever bike, a 2017 sportster 1200, there yesterday after browsing for hours to find the right one. This place is amazing.

Bought a bike in March 2011 from here. After visiting 4 other dealers I bought within 10 minutes of walking in the door. Best buying experience I have had for a long while. Since then I have bought several items from the parts department. By far the best place to deal with in the Cincinnati area. Cant beat either the price or the service.

Queen City did a great job of getting my motorcycle back on the road after some electric issues. Brandon and Jason in Service are very knowledgeable and friendly and the technician, Josh, is professional, thorough, and attentive to the customers concerns. This shop is highly recommended.

I concur with Michael, Ive visited this store a few times and each time I want to punch myself in the balls for going back. They have terrible customer service and a poor selection. I wouldnt take my bike there if I was living next door.
