Outstanding customer service. I bought my first motorcycle at a Honda dealer. It was an ok experience, but I really felt like they did not care about me, just wanted to sell a bike. I have been to many dealers that did not even seem to want to sell a bike. Then I went to WOW. I had wrecked the first bike and was in the market for a replacement. I had checked their website and saw a couple of bikes that I liked, so I went in to see them in person. From the start, they asked me what I was in the market for, they showed me the bikes I had seen online and also others that were similar. I eneded up going back several times looking at different bikes, the sales guy never got impatient or in a hurry. The salesman that I had worked with was leaving (going to college out of state), but before he did, he introduced me to another salesman to work with me to buy the bike I wanted. I ended up talking to the "replacement" sales guy for an hour about what I wanted and bikes in general (I have found their salesmen to be very knowledgeable about bikes). I was ready to buy a bike, but they had one that was being shipped in. I had not seen it, but I knew it was the same color as my old bike, so I wanted to see it before I made my final decision. The saleman sent me pics of the bike as soon as it arrived (even before the pics were posted on the website). I went that day, looked at it, put down my deposit and then bought that bike. I had arranged financing through a credit union, so I went with the check in hand and signed all the paperwork and I was ready to ride. I absolutely have recommended WOW Motorcycles to friends looking to buy a bike and I have gone on the website many times in considering if I want to change bikes.

Stumbled upon the WOW website via Craigslist. WOW had the bike I was seeking and the price seemed very low. The cynical side of me believed the out-the-door price would be much higher. After studying the excellent photos of the bike and reviewing many of the Google reviews (mostly quite positive) I spoke with Zach in sales to see what the final price would be. To the advertised price Zach added a dealer fee (my term) which was quite reasonable; a document / title transfer fee (nickle and dime); and a transportation fee (less than it would cost me to drive from Florida to collect bike). To add some icing on the cake WOW accepted credit card payment without any additional costs. I made the purchase. There were documents which required signing and mail service was delayed a bit due to Labor Day, but after about three weeks the bike was delivered. I was more than relieved to see the bike properly secured on a trailer under the care of a professional hauler (Rick). After wheeling the bike into our garage I spent about an hour checking everything and found no problems. The bike must be rated somewhere between excellent and mint and it performs as well as it looks. The buying experience at WOW was as good as it gets. All parties involved (Zach in sales, Elaine (?) in the office, and Rick in shipping) were friendly, professional, and helpful. Kudos to all. Anyone looking for a nice used bike should give WOW consideration. I did and I am quite happy. Zach: If you are reading this I still need an owners manual for the bike.

I bought a bike from here a few months back. They just happened to have the bike I wanted for a decent price/miles. The day I bought the bike was the first time I was there ever. There were just a handful of helpful/nice employees. But being asked if I can actually afford the bike as I was handing over a check for was rather surprising. Granted that happens, but if the dealer is paid its not really their concern. Everything was fine with the bike until I started noticing a few things wrong. For example the turn signal module being loose on the bike, the janky wiring/splice job of said module (which I now have to sort out as the accessory fuse keeps blowing and I have no brake lights or turn signals currently)(granted they did not do this, but when youre paying$7,000+ for a bike and they "prep" it for you... It would be reassuring to know they wouldnt sell that to someone), the battery which wasnt even installed properly (whoever installed it prior to selling it to WOW didnt even mount the negative lead properly to the battery, causing the negative post itself to snap), or a few bolts themselves missing from the frame underneath the seat. A non issue too, was being sent off (after paying $7,000+) with just enough gas to sputter to the neighboring gas station. At first I was happy with WOW and was recommending them but its just a series BS that just comes down to making a dollar... Understandably, all used bikes have no warranty, but I guess I was just banking on people doing things that are morally right.

Theres numerous good things to say about this place. First, we called and spoke to Glen 3 days prior to visiting this place. We had a bike in mind, and once we spoke to Glen, it wasnt 5 minutes later, that we had the buyers order emailed to us. We were told in order to reserve the bike, we had to pay a deposit. After driving for 2.5 hours, when we got there the bike was on hold for us. I was really surprised that it was held even though we didnt pay the deposit. Glen let us know that the bike had to be sent back to service to double check that everything was working properly. He assured us that if there was anything found wrong, that we wouldnt be responsible for it and that they would cover all the charges. He showed us around the place and introduced us to the service department and to the staff. Everyone there was extremely friendly, polite, and very professional. My husband didnt have a helmet to be able to ride the bike home. Glen told him to pick out the helmet that he wanted and that he would cover the price for him! We also got 2 free t-shirts. I highly recommend this place. When you walk in, it is BIKE GALORE! Bikes everywhere. Trust me when I say, you will definitely find one that is right for you. They are very reasonably priced. Ask for Glen when you go in or call and speak with him on the phone. He is very professional and very easy to work with.

I am on the fence a little. I purchased a bike from them and my transaction went through without a problem and I love my bike. I recommended them to several people and a friend decided to take them up on a bike and even purchased the bike flat out (not financed) and has been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to have the bike ready. I would assume that a bike that has been purchased flat out would have been given a little more priority seeing as the customer put a lot of faith in them. That being said it was an issue where a part (carb needed work) was worked on and then the ordered the wrong part and had to reorder a different part. (this does not leave me with good feelings that if MY bike needs work I should have nothing to fear with their service dept.) I just hope they find a way to make it right with him or I won;t be able to recommend them anymore. That being said, i did my research and got a bike known to have less issues. As far as the staff go I am very happy with the riding gear staff. They are very helpful and attentive and knowledgeable. The prices for their gear though can easily be beat. I purchased a summer riding jacket from them and could have gotten more than $30 off if I had just checked online at Revzilla first. I will go back to try items on but I dont think I will be back to purchase gear here since the restock fee is pretty high.
