I had the worst experience I ever could have imagined. I was a previous customer so I thought this guy was great and a good small business owner. I had a set of tires installed on my SV650s at which time I tried to buy a set of sprockets and a new chain. He could not find the right chain / sprockets after he told me on the phone that he had everything I needed. I went ahead with the tire install knowing I would have to bring the bike back to get the chain and sprockets, had a Bike trip planned. I asked that if I could find them would he install and he quoted me a great price because I had just bought the tires and he said he would not charge me full labor rate. I returned two weeks later with the parts and he denied everything, then to top it off he tried to charge me full price for labor plus the price of the chain and sprockets like I was buying them from him!!!!! Forgot to mention the slamming of the door in my face as he walked back into the shop. This was my 3rd set of tires I purchased from this place - previous brake jobs and countless parts. I had even sent some of my Friends his way. Fast forward after the incident I went back to my close friend to tell him what happened and he said this Jerk tried to double charge him for a single tire install and he would never go back also. So much for the neighborhood business huh! Beware this shop is is crap!!!

My motorcycle broke down and this garage worked on it. They called me up and explained that they didnt know what caused the problem and they didnt know what fixed the problem. Then he told me that I owed him $319 for labor. When I went to the shop to pick up my bike he closed early so I could not get it until the next business day which was Saturday. Then I seen the sign next to the door that he wouldnt be open Saturday. This caused me to miss out on a couple great rides over the weekend on top of having to pay $319 for his "professional" service that consisted of "I dont know what was wrong with it or how it got fixed." I wont be going back to this guy again. Update - When I got my bike back, he asured me that he had driven the bike several times and had no more problems with it. I took it home and spent the next couple days painting my brothers bike. Once that was done, we both hop on our bikes and take off. 45 minutes later Im broke down again and stranded on the side of the road with the same exact problem. Since this guy wrote on my receipt that he wouldnt charge me anymore labor on this issue, I called him up and once again, its sitting in his shop.

Ive been getting my parts from Mike at Motorcycle Parts Outlet for more years than I care to admit. It is a great no frills shop where you get what you pay for without a lot of overhead expenses. I still take my bike there for service as does everyone in the group I ride with. For a great local business with fair practices and good prices I highly recommend MPO.

Just called looking for some parts for a Ninja 250. Common things not anything crazy. They of course did not carry them. I asked if by chance he knew who in the area might have that part. He says "If we dont have it no one else is going to" Called motorcycle parts outlet, They had the parts. BAD EXPERIENCE. UNFRIENDLY, HONESTLY WORTHLESS.

This place did an excellent job on my bike. My motorcycle needed some work, and they were able to get the parts needed and fix it right the first time. Great service and good price for the parts and labor as well, especially considering the age of my motorcycle.

I much prefer the personal service I receive at a store like this. When I call, somebody actually answers the phone. None of this dial 1 for parts 2 for service and so on. Very knowledgable and helpful about what I wanted.
