I generally dont leave negative reviews, but I dont want anyone else to have a bad experience if it can be avoided. I would only go here for quick things like oil or chain lube. Their service is god awful. I called and spoke with someone about changing a rear tire and they said come now. So I left my home and arrived in less than 10 mins. I go in with my wheel and a new tire for them to install. The guy I spoke with all of a sudden forgets he told me to come and says he is short staffed and they are closing in an hour and the other two guys working couldnt watch the store. It really rubbed me wrong considering I was willing to pay the outrageous price for them to install the tire, but I get there and they just wasted my time instead.

Great selection of gear and good prices. Store is very hard to navigate as they seem to have tried to put to much product on the sales floor making it feel very cramped. I bought a face shield for my helmet from them and realized when I had gotten home that it had numerous small nicks/scratches on it. I brought it back to exchange and they said that they would have to order me a new one and would call me once it arrives. I never received a call and have gone in many times since then to inquire and was told they would prefer it again and call me as soon as it arrives. Same story each time and its been over a year now. At this point, i give up. Im basically stuck with a $60 scratched face shield.

I understand that it was Memorial Day. I get that. Any other day theyre excellent at providing quality customer service and decent pricing. However, if youre not going to offering a specific major service, you should warn people before they drive a freaking hour to see you. I called ahead to see if they were open but upon arrival they refused to change my tire because they were allegedly too busy. Too busy to help a Veteran get a tire so he could get to work on Memorial Day. Pretttttty messed up yall. Atlanta Cycle will receive all of my business, and that of my friends & family from now on.

Unnecessary hostility. I went in looking for a good helmet, found one that I liked and was affordable, but the salesman tried to use scare tactics to do an upsale. He told me that I shouldnt trust my life with those types of helmets and instead I should get this kind. I asked him: If this helmet is so dangerous, why are you even stocking it? Why not ban it from your store? He quickly escalated into a SJW rage fit, couldnt answer the question, and instead called me a curse word and told me to leave.

The entrance to the shopping center is easy to miss, but it is at a traffic light. Ive found the staff here to be very pleasant and helpful, but the store itself has kind of a jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none feel to it: lots of stuff, but never exactly what Im looking for. The chain seems to be shifting their focus to online business though, so there is a kiosk conveniently located here for that purpose.

Decided to see what they were about. Was not impressed by their selection in the store at all. Very little variety, and even with what they carried, the size selection was minuscule. Sales staff wasnt knowledgeable about the products they carried, specifically riding gear. Would not recommend, other than maybe to try something on. Prices are through the roof, nothing below MSRP. Will not return.

My friend and I went to Cycle Gear to get her set up for her new bike. This is her first time riding and first time needing the gear but... Mike from Cycle Gear showed great patience never treating her like a newb. He offered her to come out to the cycle meetings as well. If youre in Smyrna, or anywhere else for that matter, visit the guys. The customer service is great.

Its a decent place for odds and ends but its mostly their privately labeled cheap gear. like Bilt and Sedichi or whatever. They carry a bit of Dainese and Alpinestars but only a bit, odds are not your size. The plus is you can get most anything online and, if it doesnt fit, just return it to the store. The people who work in the stores are friendly and helpful.

We went there looking for me a new helmet for off road riding acing. I found an ONeil Ultra Super light. The staff very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I got the best price and service for sure, I will continue to visit Cycle Gear ... also purchased new gloves..we are customers since 2009

Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Gave me space while I needed to try on gear and immediately came over when I had questions. Best experience I have had in a moto gear shop so far.

Good for common items, but need to expand selection. Have to keep ordering things rather than walking in store and finding what I need. Glad theyre open more hours than most places.

Great staff! Lots of gear you can try on to figure out what size you need. Tons of stuff you normally could only find online - but are in store. Definitely a place to swing by!
