Short review: If youre looking for OEM quality parts, great service, and a friendly staff, this really is the place to go. Simply put, they are my go-to guys for any motorsport need, and they should be yours too. Seriously, just swing by and see for yourself. Go right through the front door and find Harrison, hell point you wherever you need to go! Long review: Little backstory.. Shortly after buying my bike, I caught a nasty nail in the sidewall. Needless to say, I went here for a tire, instead of the place I bought the bike (rhymes with Now Motorcycles). They gave me my options, their opinion, and didnt force a sale on me. I picked a tire and later that day, picked it up, good as gold. Very happy with the service. Current day.. My new rear tire has almost the same amount, if not more, dry rot/weather cracking than my front tire (which is an original from 08!). I kinda figured why.. Odd tire size, probably sat in warehouse for awhile. I went down there, just to see if there was any warranty I could use to get credit towards a new tire, and to make sure it was safe to ride on. I spoke to Hans and Harrison (sorry if I butchered your names guys), and they instantly ordered me a new tire, no questions asked. Had the tire put on today, at no charge besides mount and balance. They even tightened my chain, and my front axle which had worked itself lose. Again, as far as service goes, its as good as it gets out there. Now as far as parts and accessories go. Theyve got a wide selection of OEM parts, and can get their hands on more. While I was getting my tire put on, I browsed around, saw a helmet on sale I liked, and bought it. They even threw in a tinted visor for me. Really cant ask for more than that. Also picked up oil and filter, air filter, chain cleaner and lube, and all your basic maintenance items. Theyve got it all. So to wrap it up, these guys are great. This is coming from a mechanic at another shop that does the same thing. Sells parts and accessories, and service. So I know how these places work, and can honestly say these guys do what they do well. Theyre all passionate about what they sell and do, and youll get that just from talking to them. Now dont let me overdue it. It still takes a few days to order something in, and you may have to drop off your bike for service, but thats with any bike shop. A lot of times these places are understaffed and are taking care of a LOT of people, so just be patient, and you will get the service youre expecting!

I had high expectations going to this Mountain Motorsports location when searching for my new bike. The store is well kept and the salesman (Mike) I worked with was very nice. However, the pleasantries ended when I wanted to leave the store to think about my future purchase. I am well aware that people in the sales business are all about selling their inventory, but when things dont go their way in attempting to sell a product does not give them the right to act childish and disrespectful. This was my experience in dealing with the sales manager "Sonny" at this location when I wanted leave their offer on the table and think about my decision. God forbid this bike was not go to be there for a few more days, it had to be sold right then and there. So after "surviving" the tense and inconsiderate pressure applied by Sonny to not lose a sale, I was then disrespected and embarrassed on the showroom floor by this so-called manager. He proceeded to say, "I just checked the bike forums on the Gixxer and they are changing the body styling for the 2017 model so why dont you come back to see us then, have a nice day!". Its a curious thing to see someones true colors when things dont go there way. If Sonny had been smart and treated me with respect, I would have come back to purchase my bike. But he did not and he also tainted the image I had of Mountain Motorsports as a whole. I mean seriously, why would you make fun of a potential customer (and yes, there were some staff who chuckled). But as luck would have it, I was advised by an individual to go to the Lithia Springs Mountain Motorsports location and to give the company another chance. And so I did and was very surprised by the difference in behavior by the employees and sales manager. To end this review of Kennesaw Mountain Motorsports on a good note, I did end up purchasing the bike I wanted, but from Lithia Springs location instead. This review is a warning to anyone thinking about going to the Kennesaw location to buy a new motorcycle. I strongly advise going to a different Mountain Motorsports, you will be treated much better and with respect.

First off, the showroom and selection of vehicles is absolutely wonderful. Secondly, I honestly dont think there is another motorcycle, atv, boat, etc. dealer in Georgia that cares about the customer as much as these folks. To keep this concise, I must say everyone here absolutely loves what they do and everything concerned with motorcycles. While I was waiting on paperwork for my bike purchase, I had the chance to talk to Mike. We mostly talked about music, however, he specifically stated, as a whole, Mountain Motorsports of Kennesaw is about the customer and making their experience buying (in my case) a motorcycle enjoyable. The way everyone made my experience so great was how real they were with me as a customer. I wasnt a number to them; I was a fellow rider, who was exited about a new bike, and they shared the excitement I felt. Additionally, I didnt feel like I walked into just some dealership where everyone just worked together: they acted like they were one big family that shared a passion for motorsports. If you want to know how the business of buying the bike: it was direct, informative, and relatively simple. The simplicity of the purchase was overshadowed greatly by how welcome and comfortable they all made me feel while purchasing a bike. I never felt pressured or pushed to make a purchase or even to try and buy higher than what I came in for (like most car dealerships do). If there is one takeaway of reading this, know that I was more blown away with how great everyone treated me as a customer than anything. By the end of my transaction, I didnt walk away with just an awesome CBR600F4i; I walked away happy and with a positive memory of MMS, and a really awesome bike. TL;DR: Shae, Sonny, Tyler, Dave, and everyone else at MMS Kennesaw, thank you so much for a great experience and wonderful bike! You all will definitely be seeing more of me adn I will recommend you to anyone I meet interested in buying a motorcycle, atv, etc.

I recently visited this business and met sales associate, Tyler Hendrix. The visit occurred because my son rides dirt bikes and he wanted to stop by to see the inventory. Normally, when my son is ready to move up to a larger bike, we deal with individuals instead of businesses so I was basically going into the store to accommodate my sons wishes to "look around". I expected to spend 10 minutes there, but instead, I met Tyler and ended up spending an amazing hour in the store. Tyler was perfect! He immediately greeted us and started providing us with an informative and over the top customer experience. I was delighted to discover that this business is very capable of meeting my needs for a new or even USED dirt bike, has the ability to service our bikes, has a well-stocked and diverse inventory that includes not only the vehicle of choice (dirt bikes, street bikes, 4 wheelers, jet skis, etc.) but also brand name apparel, parts and gift items. The store was also very clean and well laid out. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. Tyler was full of helpful knowledge, was able to answer every question I had and I felt he really enjoyed his job there and wanted my business. Well, he has got it! Before leaving, Tyler and I put a plan in place to acquire my sons next bike within the upcoming weeks. I am looking forward to working with Tyler and Mountain Motorsports for this upcoming purchase and purchases down the road. I encourage anyone reading this review to visit Mountain Motorsports and see how awesome they are!!
