Great buying experience! I came in to Mountain Motorsports actually window shopping. Some months down the road I wanted to trade my Shadow in for a more powerful bike and I was looking for ideas. I was leaning in the adventure/sport touring direction; but, I wasnt sure yet. Elizabeth was the first person to greet me and ask about my interests. She was able to show me several bikes within that category and give me a run down of the features and benefits of each bike. That was extraordinarily helpful for me. I told her the 2 on hand I definitely wanted to test and they were ready to go as promised. When I told her there was one more bike I wanted to test that wasnt on site, she phoned the Conyers location that had it to prep the bike for me to test. I fell in love with the FJR in Conyers; but, of course I didnt feel right buying there when Liz deserved that sale! I called her and asked her to get an FJR ready because Im buying from her. I love this bike! Im not a wealthy man and Liz made me feel comfortable with buying a 16K bike. No regrets. Good job! Edit: wow, a week to change a bearing and rear tire? I bring my bike in for 16000 mile service and to affix an accessory. I received a call that my rear tire needed to be replaced and the bearing is shot. I knew the tire was close and the bearing would explain a shimmy I thought/felt I experienced a time or two so I was cool. The employee told me the bearing was not in stock and the bike would be ready midweek the next week. Now, Im used to mechanics giving an exaggerated wait time to come through early like a hero so it was kinda what I was expecting. Wrong!! I stop by today (Saturday) while out running errands and Im told the part arrived this morning and the bike STILL will not be ready before Monday or Tuesday. I guess the fact that my bike had been there since Tuesday at 4 pm doesnt move it up further into the queue. I guess for how pricey the services are there overnighting parts even at the customers expense is not an option. Replace a rear tire and bearing: one week. Its a beautiful 0% chance of rain Im missing out on. Im very disappointed and I know better could have been done.

Elizabeth Hutto at Mountain Motorsports in Lithia Springs, GA made our bike buying experience an exceptional one!!! Elizabeth provided EXCELLENT customer service in assisting us in selecting the best fitted bike for my husband and purchasing accessories for the bike. When we decided to purchase my husbands first bike, we visited several motorsports locations in Georgia looking at over 50 bikes. Then we decided to visit Mountain Motorsports in Lithia Springs and Elizabeth Hutto was the first salesperson that greeted us and the rest is history. We really wasnt sure exactly what kind of bike we were looking for but we did have a budget. Elizabeth contacted us weekly with updates of new inventory. Then she finally sent us a picture of a bike...exact make/model, good mileage, perfect colors and it was in our budget! My husband fell in love with the bike and couldnt wait to get it. From that day, Elizabeth assisted us throughout the entire buying process. She truly made our first bike buying experience a pleasant one. Elizabeth Hutto is truly an asset to Mountain Motorsports and we have referred many people to go see her! Melvin and TaNita Gunn

Ive bought 3 bikes from Mountain Motorsports and will NEVER set foot in this establishment. I had a personal bike posted on Craigslist for sale for $9,000. I get a call from an interested party who claims he will buy the bike as long as I meet him at Mountain Motorsports in Lithia Springs for a pre-buy inspection. I figure thats a normal request so I load the bike in the FREEZING RAIN to meet him an hour away. I arrive to find out that the "buyer" was actually a salesman by the name of Laban. He offers me $4000 on a pristine 2013 R1. Mind you, low-ball offers do not bother me but when your sales pitch involves me taking off work to load a bike in 20 degree temperatures to meet you an hour away, it just isnt fair to me. I tried to make a scene but Laban claims the manager put him up to it to "draw people in the door during winter." Truly unfortunate as Ive referred 2 friends who have purchased bikes there (I rode them back for them) aside from the 3 that I purchased. Even more unfortunate is that I was going to buy a new Supermoto from you guys this week as I am a regular buyer....

I just completed a long distance purchase with Kristofer Miller. I was looking for a very specific bike and happened to find out that Mountain Motorsports had exactly what I was looking for at a good price. I sent an email for a price quote and heard from Miller within 30 minutes. We quickly agreed on a price and I gave him a deposit. Within a day I had the paperwork to purchase the bike at my home. Miller went above an beyond to help with the process of this long distance purchase. It was going to be a 500 mile drive each way to pick it up, so I asked if he knew anyone to ship it to me. Within a day he had shipping lined up and shopped to get me the best price possible. Within 3 days of sending the deposit, I had the bike in my garage. Its in better shape than I expected even. The description was great and Im very happy with out the deal worked out. Would not hesitate to do a long distance purchase again with MMS and if I get to the Atlanta area I will definitely stop in to say thanks in person. By: Jason Bauer Columbus, IN

Do NOT shop with the parts and accesories department!!!! This place is a complete RIP off i went there today looking for an oil change kit for my 2015 can am in the parts and accessories dept. The kit cost me $63 dollars at the Marietta location but the sales manager in Austell tries to sell me the kit in individual parts which came up to OVER $80 I asked if he could price match he claims he couldnt because he would have to add 2 discounts 1 being my Military discount. The so called manager was blantly rude and unprofessional discussing my concerns with his friend who was checking out at the counter who btw was not given a receipt of purchase but thats neither here nor there, who hired this guy? This place is out of control and a disgrace to the good mountain motorcrosses what ashame Do Not Shop with the parts and accessories department!! The manager is truly a jerk to us VETERANS never will i go there again even if my bike was on its last wheel in a snow storm!!

First off, Ive never written a review before. But I found it necessary to write one based on the experience. First off, the extra added fees are a rip off. Every other store charges around $400 for bike shipping. You pay $1000. The employees were very nice and informative, thus the two stars, but they lied and didnt want to fix their mistake. I bought with my motorcycle, a $1000 GPS system. I was told itd be put in and Id never have to worry about it. I asked twice if their is a subscription fee of any sort, and they said no. I was with someone else when they said this and they remember it as well. 8 months later I get a call that I need to renew my subscription. I call up the company and complain, and basically they hang up and say Im a liar for saying that I was promised Id never have to pay a subscription fee. I tried calling again and nothing changed. Way to take care of your customers who you already milked with fees.
