Best Harley dealer Ive ever been to! I only recently purchased my first Harley, but Ive been to many Harley dealers the last few years. Ive only owned Victories up till now and always felt like an outsider when visiting various HDs across the country. From the moment I walked in to Killer Creek, I felt welcomed and accepted by everyone there. I initially went to this HD looking for a vest. ***For any curvy girls out there, they have the best plus size selection Ive come across.*** They had exactly what I was looking for and such a relaxed atmosphere for perusing the wares. We also met a super friendly salesman that simply offered info while showing some awesome upgrades on a bike I was drooling over. No pressure, no sales tricks, and most importantly, NO SHARKS! I made sure we went back to Killer Creek a few days later to purchase my first Harley... drove an hour away and past several other HDs just because of how great our first experience was. Our super-cool sales guy, Chris Dobbins, was there to help me find just the right ride (I was struggling to figure out what exactly I was looking for)... again, no pressure, just help. The buying process was soooooo much better than another HD wed been to just the day before getting a bike for my husband. Chris introduced us to the various departments and made certain that we knew they are there for us if we ever have ANY questions or need help. We had a great conversation with a service advisor, Ian Bargeron. He definitely knows what hes talking about and will always be the person I seek out with service questions. Then theres "Twiggy"... the best parts guy you will ever meet. Want to know how to achieve a certain sound? Will this modification work for my bike? How do I modify this to do that? No matter the question, Mark "Twiggy" Ackley is the man to ask. He can point out all your options and answer questions you didnt even know you had. If nothing else, go in and visit Twiggy to get ideas for your perfect ride. I cant forget to mention the wonderful women at the merchandise counter. So very helpful and fun to BS with. They bend over backwards to get you what youre looking for. I wish this level of service was a regular occurrence in the world of retail sales... but for now, they will just have to stand out above the rest. I just cant say enough great things about our experiences at Killer Creek. Weve already been back again to get a few customizations for our bikes and will probably never shop for bikes anywhere else. They are just that good. Do yourself a favor and stop in... take a test ride and get a challenge coin. Or window shop the parts and accessories to plan out your perfect bike. You will not regret any time spent with the awesome people of Killer Creek HD.

Earlier this summer I rode down to Atlanta for some business at the convention center downtown. Going through Alpharetta, I got a flat tire on my overloaded Road Glide. Thanks to AMA or HOGs roadside assistance (I forget which I used) a flat bed showed up to get me to where I could get the bike repaired. The driver was a HOG member and recommended Killer Creek. When we got there a crew was setting up for their Saturday shin dig (Cruise and Blues) and they gave me the name of someone from the dealership to call. I called him and he helped me select a local motel, and said that he would pick me up in the morning on his way to the dealership at the motel, with my luggage. The flat bed driver took me and all my stuff to the motel, which was way above and beyond his duty. In the morning I called the KCHD guy and shortly after he picked me, and all my stuff, up and we were at the dealership. He introduced me to a service rep. I dont know if I was just lucky to hit a day that they were not particularly busy, or if they bumped me up to express service but I could not imagine that I could have had my rear tire replaced any quicker. In the meantime various staff members helped me get information on where I could park my bike for less that the $50 a day that my hotel wanted, and for public transportation schedules and the best route to my hotel. With the Cruise and Blues winding up the shop was busy with lots of customers but I found myself receiving the best southern hospitality that Ive ever experienced. With everything fixed I loaded up and checked out my parking plans and checked into the hotel. With the evening open, I headed back to Roswell and enjoyed some live music and the Cruise and Blues. I ran into Ed, who had picked me up at my motel, and he asked if there was anything that I needed and he introduced me to the owner of KCHD, who also expressed his concern for my predicament. People who had served me in the morning asked if everything was working out ok. What could have been a disaster turned out to be merely an inconvenience, and a pleasant one at that. I wasnt late for my business in Atlanta, and what to do with all my luggage never was the problem that I thought it would be, thanks to a fellow HOG member and Eds generosity in providing transportation to and from the motel. I cant say enough good things about KCHD. Thank you KCHD, not just for being there when I needed you, but for going above and beyond.

Let me start by saying WOW! These folks are great! This morning I saw a Facebook post from Killer Creek Harley Davidson with a "Manager"s Special" for a 2014 Road King CVO on sale for $15,499. I immediately recognized that this was the deal of a century. This bike retails for $22,000 and wholesales for $19,000. It is the gorgeous Tribal Orange Screaming Eagle edition and is truly stunning. I immediately commented on the post that I was coming to buy the bike and I called them at 10am to say that I was on the way. Sure enough when I got there I learned that this was a huge mistake on their part. The sale price was in fact $21,499 and not $15,499. Someone goofed big time. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. I had driven an hour with my truck and trailer to pick up this once in a lifetime deal and after seeing the bike I was in love with it. The folks at Killer Creek Harley saw my disappointment and felt my pain. I explained that my budget was set and that I couldnt and wouldnt pay anymore, although I fully admitted that I knew the bike was worth a lot more than the $15,499. I also understood that they did not have to honor that price since it was obviously a human error. Well guess what? After the powers that be had a pow wow, they agreed to honor that price. THATS RIGHT! Even though we all realized it was an error, they decided to honer the ad in good faith. I got the deal of a lifetime on the bike! I dont think any other dealer would have made that choice. The Sales Manager (Melissa) and Salesman (Eric) went above and beyond to get the deal done and I will be forever grateful! Even after this incredible deal they treated me like family and gave me the full tour of facilities and even a free TSHIRT!. I promised to send anyone I know interested in a Harley their way and can do so with the full knowledge they will be taken care of. Thanks Killer Creek Harley! I will be back!
