So I took my Yamaha R6 up to their dealership to get my tires changed. I talked to a man, on the phone, who told me they had the tires in stock and could get them installed the day I drop it off and I could pick it up after I got off work at 5PM. So I went to drop my bike off in the morning, we get all the paper work done and the guy comes out to check the condition of the Bike. So after I hand over the keys, I ask how long it will take (because the guy on the phone obviously wasnt the one working on the bike.) The man then proceeds to say 3-5 days. Hinting at the possibility of getting it back next week. Keep in mind they also charge $120 for labor for both tires. At $120 I shouldve at the very least been able to get my bike back within the same day. I still decide to leave my bike there just in case they decide to start on it. I call them mid day to ask about the bike. Still nothing, so as soon as I get off work I head straight there to pickup my bike. I later called their primary competitors, who dont charge nearly as much for labor and told me they could 100% get it done within the same day and the man I was talking to was the man who was going to be working on the Bike. If you are considering to bring your bike to this location, Id highly recommend against that.

Walked in to get a part for my girlfriends bike, after I received the part I began looking at new bikes. I have tossed around the idea of trading up to another bike but the sales team was completely uninterested in making a sale. They hardly acknowledged me while I inspected all bikes deliberately walking in circles waiting for one of them to assist me. Never once was I helped or even offered help. They sat quietly at their desk avoiding eye contact, now Im not sure whether its bc Im in my early 20s and they thought it was a lost cause but my business will definitely be taken to iron pony motorsports, and they lost the sale of a 2017 cbr1000rr. Teach your staff not to make preconceived judgement because of someones age or appearance and you might be able to have a good business. Until then I wont be back.

Took my sons Kawasaki quad in to get worked on when we got it back was still having issues even took the quad back to have it looked at, horrible service had to end up taking it to another place to have it serviced over 2k in repairs to find out everything they said they did wasnt done, the quad didnt have no new parts on it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone .

Not really sure why people have a problem here. I can only rate the service department and have had no problems with the 2 visits Ive had there. Geno is a great guy and has no problem taken the extra couple of minutes to make sure your satisfied and understand what work was done and why. This isnt a car lot, its a motorcycle shop so they need to be recognized as such!!!

Had to give it one star to post not even that good. The previous owner was great. The new owner is total jerk. Ive been talking to newspaper to . Well Im starting a Facebook page in few days . Sad a person who owns a business goes out of his way to be cruel to his neighbors. But shop elsewhere if u can . Dont give your hard earned money to this place..

I waited in line for ten minutes at the service desk. there was one gentleman ahead of me. which is no big deal but there was two other service employees sitting there doing nothing. once I was helped they were no help. complete lack of product knowledge. I will never return

Great service! Talked to them Saturday morning about a new rear tire. Arrived at 1:15 and was out the door at 2:30 with new tire installed. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable and I didnt feel talked down to or ripped off because Im a women!! Will definitely be back if my bike needs service!

My buying experience was great. Great sales team. Friendly environment and prices are good, however the service department needs help. Expect two wait a long time; at least two weeks for the most basic services. Other than that its great.

This place is a joke, dropped my bike off at service 2 weeks ago and they still have not diagnosed it, and when i spoke to someone over there they said that they didnt know anything about my bike even being there

Trying to get your bike serviced there is like trying to schedule an appointment with your dentist. They are always "two plus weeks" even for minor services.

Overpriced! Charge you double labor. 6 hours labor for a 3.2 hour job. Bikes can also be bought cheaper elsewhere.
